ObjectiveThis study by observation of bee needle treatment clinical curative effect of scapulohumeral periarthritis, explore the possible mechanism of bee needle treatment of periarthritis of shoulder and objective evaluation of bee needle treatment clinical curative effect of periarthritis of shoulder.MethodsUsing randomized controlled methods,60 cases of periarthritis of shoulder who meet thediagnostic criteria were divided into 2 groups that is 30 cases in each group. The treatment group used bee needle combined with ordinary acupuncture, acupointselectionfor treatment group:Jianyu、Jianliao、Jianzhen、 Jianqian、Ashi point, bee needle acupuncture point:Jianyu、Jianliao、Jianliao、 Jianzhen、Jianqian。The control group used acupuncture and general acupuncture. Acupoint select is as same as treatment group。Once a week, Its treatment is a total of four times. Before treatment and after each treatment will use visual analogue score, shoulder joint function evaluation table for efficacy evaluation.After the study ended input data, were analyzed using SPSS20.0 software package,in particular were compared by test and paired two independent samples test, ranked datausing Radit analysis.ResultsIn improving clinical symptoms, two group has good curative effect after treatment, the treatment group is 93.33% of the total effective rate, the control group is 90%. After the treatment, the treatment group and the control group obviously improved than before treatment decreased in the VAS integral, the shoulder joint activity degree, ability of daily life(p<0.05). In the two groups after treatment of VAS integral change in treatment group.
