Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Professor Xu Lian’s Empirical Prescription On Acne Of Female Chong-Ren Disorder(Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Professor Xu Lian’s empirical prescription "Yao’s Suhe Xiaoyao decoction" in the treatment of female patients with acne with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,compare the changes of acne skin lesion score and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,and observe the level of sex hormones in follicular phase.Methods: 92 female patients with acne of disorder type(liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Yao’s Suhe Xiaoyao decoction and the control group was treated with Shugan granule.All of them were given external application of chlorine willow tincture in our hospital.The skin lesion score and TCM syndrome scores(premenstrual aggravation,breast distension,irritability,dysmenorrhea,etc.)were observed and recorded before treatment and 2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment.Follicular sex hormones were examined and SPSS26.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results: A total of 92 patients were included in the observation,9 cases were removed or shedding,and 83 cases were observed effectively.After statistical analysis,the following results are obtained.1.Analysis of skin lesion scoreCompared with the scores of skin lesions in the two groups(P < 0.05),the symptoms of skin lesions were relieved in both groups,and the improvement of skin lesions in the two groups was similar at 2 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment(P >0.05),and at 4 and 8 weeks after treatment,the treatment group skin lesions improved significantly better than the control group.(P < 0.05).2.Integral analysis of TCM syndromesCompared with the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group(P < 0.05),both groups could improve TCM syndromes.2 weeks after treatment,the improvement of TCM syndromes in the two groups was similar(P > 0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group after 4 weeks(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of curative effectTwo weeks after treatment,the curative effects of the two groups were similar(P >0.05).At 4 and 8 weeks after treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group(90.47%,92.86%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.73%,82.93%).And there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).12 weeks after treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group(95.24%)was higher than that of the control group(92.68%).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).4.Result analysis of sex hormone levelThe levels of sex hormones in follicular phase were measured in 83 female patients with acne of Chong Ren disorder(liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome).The levels of testosterone(T)in 4 patients were higher than normal,estradiol(E2)levels in 5 patients were lower than normal,and the values of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),prolactin(PRL)and progesterone(PROG)were normal in the other 74 patients.Conclusion:1.Yao’s Suhe Xiaoyao decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of acne skin lesions of female Chong Ren disorder(liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome),and can shorten the course of treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion.2.Yao’s Suhe Xiaoyao decoction has a better clinical effect in the treatment of acne of female Chong Ren disorder(liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome).3.The sex hormone levels of female patients with acne of Chong Ren disorder(liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome)were basically in the normal range before treatment.
