| Objective: By grouping contrast test,observation according tonga taste before and after treatment in patients with IgA nephropathy damp heat syndrome of TCM syndrome integral,24 h urine protein,urine trace albumin quantitative and morning urine red blood cell count,and clear according tonga taste for damp heat treatment of IgA nephropathy for clinical treatment of IgA nephropathy provide new method and train of thought.Methods:This clinical research institute selected cases from 2019-2021 in jilin province hospital of TCM nephrology outpatient service a total of 72 patients with IgA nephropathy,according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria selection,application of computer generated random number table method for all of the patients included in the study were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group(n = 36),two groups were given basis that Beinapuli and ambrette capsule oral treatment,treatment group in the foundation treatment with effective to Gegenqinlian decoction flavored,treatment for 3months,observe two groups of TCM syndrome integral,24 h urine protein,urine trace albumin and quantitative changes in morning urine red blood cell count,Finally,the efficacy and safety were evaluated.Results: This test in accord with standard of IgA nephropathy patients 72 cases,of which 8 cases of patients with loss,eventually participate in the study,64 patients all clinical data with SPSS 19.0 statistical software to carry on the analysis,the results are as follows:(1)The total effective rate of TCM in the control group and treatment group was 81.25%,93.75%respectively,the two groups improve the syndromes are effective,comparison between groups(P < 0.05),there is obvious difference,TCM effective to Gegenqinlian decoction flavored is better.(2)After treatment,the treatment group is better than the control group in improving urine hot,painful urinationis not good,the stool is sticky and smelly,bitter mouth,dry mouth,and stuffy stomach(P < 0.05);The total syndrome score after treatment was compared within and between groups,P < 0.05,indicating that both groups were effective in improving TCM syndromes,and the treatment group had better effect.(3)The total effective rate of western medicine was 75% in the control group and 96.88% in the treatment group,respectively.Comparison between the two groups P < 0.05 indicated that both groups had the effect of reducing urinary protein and red blood cells,and the treatment group had better effect.(4)The 24-hour urinary protein levels of the two groups before and after treatment were1.40±0.39,0.55±0.47 in the treatment group,1.31±0.35,0.87±0.46 in the control group.Urine trace albumin,939.50±309.33,357.84±358.83 in the treatment group before and after treatment,868.69±258.25,574.03±328.15 in the control group.And 71.78±28.50,27.88±30.28 in the morning urine erythrocyte count before and after treatment,respectively.The control group were 80.69±22.53 and 55.47±28.41,respectively.The above test results were compared within and between groups,and P < 0.05 indicated that both groups were effective in reducing urinary protein and urinary red blood cells,and the effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.(5)Safety indicators ALT,AST,serum creatinine,routine blood red blood cells and white blood cells were not abnormal in the two groups before and after treatment.Comparison of the two groups before and after treatment showed no difference in the results,P > 0.05,indicating that the safety of both groups was good.Conclusion :(1)The modified Gegenqinlian decoction and basic treatment are effective in reducing urine protein and urine red blood cells,but the treatment group had better results;(2)Both Gegenqinlian decoction and basic treatment were effective in improving TCM syndromes,but the Gegenqinlian decoction group had better efficacy;(3)The safety of the two groups was good,and no adverse reactions were observed,which could be widely used in clinical practice. |
