Professor Wang Fuchun Acupoint Application Experiential Recipe For Treatment Of Ovarian Cyst

Objective: This study used Professor Wang Fuchun’s acupoint application to treat ovarian cysts to treat patients with cold-coagulation and blood stasis type ovarian cysts.Through observation,comparison and evaluation of the clinical efficacy of patients with ovarian cysts(cold-coagulation and blood stasis type)patients before and after treatment Provide clinical evidence for Professor Wang Fuchun’s clinical treatment of ovarian cysts(cold blood stasis type).And elaborated Professor Wang Fuchun’s clinical thoughts,experience methods and treatment characteristics in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods: 1.According to Professor Wang Fuchun’s many years of clinical academic thoughts and clinical experience,explain the clinical thoughts,experience methods and treatment characteristics of Professor Wang Fuchun’s acupoint application therapy for the treatment of ovarian cysts(cold blood stasis type).2.Select 36 cases of ovarian cysts(cold blood stasis type)patients who met the criteria for diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in this project from May 2020 to December 2020 in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Siping Orthopedics Hospital.Professor Wang Fuchun’s experience prescription is made into acupuncture points and applied to the patient’s RN4,EX-CAI(double),SP6(double),once a day(not applied during menstrual period),4-6 hours each time,1 menstrual cycle It is a course of treatment,with 3 days of rest between adjacent courses of treatment,treatment of 3 menstrual cycles,a total of 3courses of treatment.Contraception during application to avoid mood swings.3.Record the general condition of the patient,the main and secondary TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,the single TCM syndrome score and the size of the ovarian cyst.After analyzing the above data,use SPSS26.0 statistical software for processing.Results: 1.The number of effective cases of ovarian cyst(cold blood stasis type)treated with acupoint application by Professor Wang Fuchun’s experience prescription is 30 cases.The improvement of TCM symptom effect is obvious improvement of 10%,partial improvement of 86%,and no improvement of 3%.2.According to the comparison of total points before and after treatment,statistical analysis shows that there is a significant difference in total points before and after treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of main symptoms,secondary symptoms,and syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment are lower than those before treatment.Statistical analysis(P<0.01)shows that there are significant differences before and after treatment.3.Before treatment,B-ultrasound showed that the mean value of ovarian cyst size(the sum of three diameters)was 9.98±2.15,and after treatment it was 6.52±2.35.Statistical analysis between the two(P<0.01)showed that there was a significant difference before and after treatment.Conclusion: 1 Using Professor Wang’s acupoint application formula to treat ovarian cysts(cold blood stasis type)has a definite clinical effect,and significantly improves the size of ovarian cysts and the main and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.2 Professor Wang Fuchun’s acupoint sticking experiential prescription for the treatment of ovarian cysts has a certain degree of safety.
