Clinical Observation Of Self-made Yangqing Decoction On The Treatment Of Blood Heat Syndrome Of Yin Deficiency With Prolongation Of Menstrual Period

Objective: Through the clinical observation of self-made yangqing decoction in treating yin deficiency and blood heat syndrome of meastrual prolongation,to discuss the effectiveness and safety of this prescription for the disease,summarize the theory and clinical practice of professor lingxia,tutor of graduate students.it provides new therapeutic method and theoretical reference for the future medical and clinical diagnosis and treatment work.Method: 72 patients who comes from the affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medical from December 2019 to December 2020 were collected.one symptomatic patient aged 18-45 years was randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The erperimental group and the control group respectively shed 2 cases and 3cases,that actual collection 67 cases.the treatment group(34 cases)were given the self-made yangqingtang,the control group(33 cases)were given the baogongzhixue granule oral.From the 4th day of menstruation began to take,continuous application of 3 menstrual cycles to observe the efficacy of treatment.Result: through analysis of clinical data collected;treatment group 34(self-made yangqing decoction)cured 9 cases.14 cases sowed significant effect,8were effective,3were ineffective,the total effective rate was 91.18%,control group 33(baogongzhixue Granule group)the total effective rate was 84.85%.Total response rate in the treatmwnt group higher than the control group.By stastical analysis,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,p<0.05.Conclusion: The clinical study shows that the curative effect of self-made yangqing decoction on the treatment of menstruation prolonging Yin deficiency and blood heat syndrome is positive,there is no other obvious adverse reaction,can be used in clinical medical treatment.
