Objective: To observe the clinical effect of wurenzengye Decoction in treating slow transit constipation of yin deficiency and intestinal dryness syndrome.Methods: The patients with slow transit constipation of yin deficiency and intestinal dryness syndrome who met the inclusion criteria but did not have the exclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group.The two groups were given general treatment,that is,guiding patients to adjust their lifestyle,taking appropriate amount of dietary fiber,forming a good habit of defecation and proper exercise.After general treatment,the patients whose symptoms were relieved were evaluated again,and the subjects who did not meet the requirements of this study were excluded.The experimental group took wurenzengye Decoction orally,1 bag each time,150 ml / bag,3 times a day,warm after meals,avoid spicy and irritating food during medication.The control group was treated with prucabilide Succinate Tablets,2mg(1 tablet)once a day,half an hour before breakfast,for 4 weeks.The changes of quality of life scale,Wexner constipation system evaluation,TCM symptom score and colonic transit test before and after treatment were observed and statistically analyzed to judge the clinical efficacy of wurenzengye Decoction in the treatment of colonic slow transit constipation with Yin deficiency and intestinal dryness syndrome.Result:1.comparability: before treatment,there was no statistical difference in gender,age,course,severity,quality of life scale score,Wexner constipation system evaluation,colon transmission test results and TCM syndrome score(P>0.05).The randomized control study was established in clinical observation.2.Effectiveness: There were 66 patients in this trial,of which 64 patients completed,33 cases in the treatment group,4 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 87.88%;2 cases in the control group fell off,31 cases completed,7 cases ineffective,the effective rate was 77.42%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the pac-qol score,Wexner constipation system score and colonic transit test results of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,with statistical significance(P < 0.05),but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of the two drugs was similar.After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,with statistical significance(P < 0.05),and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P > 0.05),indicating that the improvement effect of the treatment group on TCM symptoms was better than that of the control group.3.Recurrence rate: after 4 weeks of follow-up,there were 3 cases of recurrence in the treatment group and 9 cases in the control group.The recurrence rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The long-term effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.Safety: during this study,all patients did not have serious adverse reactions and allergic reactions,and there were no obvious abnormalities in vital signs,three routine tests,electrocardiogram,liver and kidney function before and after treatment.Conclusion : This study shows that both wurenzengye Decoction and pulucabili succinate tablets can achieve good clinical efficacy in the treatment of slow transit constipation(yin deficiency and intestinal dryness syndrome),but wurenzengye decoction has obvious advantages in the improvement of TCM symptoms(defecation difficulty,five heart trouble heat,emaciation,night sweat,dry mouth and throat,upset insomnia,dizziness and tinnitus,etc)and long-term efficacy,with high safety and can be promoted Clinical promotion.
