Clinical Observation Of Yangxue Peiyuan Decoction Combined With Milifire Needle In The Treatment Of Vitiligo With Liver And Kidney Deficiency

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangxue Peiyuan decoction combined with millifire needle in the treatment of stable vitiligo with liver and kidney deficiency,evaluate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine combined therapy in the treatment of vitiligo,and standardize the operation of millifire needle.Methods: 72 patients with stable liver and kidney deficiency vitiligo were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Yangxue Peiyuan decoction combined with external treatment of millifire needle plus 0.1% tacrolimus ointment for external use,while the control group was treated with Yangxue Peiyuan decoction combined with 0.1% tacrolimus ointment for external use.White spot area,DLQI score,TCM symptom score and adverse reactions were observed and recorded before treatment and 4,8,12 weeks after treatment.After the treatment,the data were statistically evaluated.The results were analyzed by spss26.0 statistical software.result:1.34 patients in the treatment group(Yangxue Peiyuan decoction + millifire needle +tacrolimus)and 34 patients in the control group(Yangxue Peiyuan decoction + tacrolimus).The baseline data(gender,age,course of disease,lesion area before treatment,TCM symptoms before treatment,DLQI score before treatment)of the two groups were compared,with no statistical significance(P > 0.050).2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(Yangxue Peiyuan decoction + millifire needle + tacrolimus)was 85.3%,and that of the control group(Yangxue Peiyuan decoction+ tacrolimus)was 64.7%,P < 0.050.3.After the course of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(Yangxue Peiyuan decoction + millifire needle + tacrolimus)was 94.1%,and the markedly effective rate was 52.9%;the total effective rate of the control group(Yangxue Peiyuan decoction +tacrolimus)was 82.3%,and the markedly effective rate was 41.2%,P > 0.05.4.After the end of each course of treatment,the lesion area of the two groups was compared within the group,which was smaller than that of the previous course of treatment,which was statistically significant;after 12 weeks of treatment,the leukoplakia area of the two groups was compared between the two groups,P = 0.013 < 0.05,which was statistically significant.5.After 12 weeks of treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were p < 0.05,indicating statistical significance;DLQI scores were P < 0.05,indicating statistical significance.6.After 3 months of follow-up,there were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion: the curative effect of Yangxue Peiyuan decoction combined with millifire needle in the treatment of stable vitiligo with liver and kidney deficiency is accurate.Yangxue Peiyuan decoction combined with millifire needle in the treatment of vitiligo has less adverse reactions,safe and controllable,low cost and simple operation.The combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vitiligo is worthy of clinical promotion and application,and can also be used as an alternative therapy for hormone adverse reactions(local epidermal atrophy and acne).
