Clinical Study Of Zi Shui Shu Mian Decoction On Improving Insomnia Of Yin Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney After Endocrine Treatment Of Breast Cancer

Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Kunming 650000,ChinaResearch purposes: by observing the effects of Zi shui Shu Mian Decoction about the improvement of clinical symptoms,Chinese medicine syndrome score,KPS score,PSQI score and so on that 48 cases breast cancer patients after endocrine therapy with liver and kidney Yin deficiency type insomnia.in order to evaluate the effectiveness of Zi shui Shu Mian Decoction improves clinical symptoms,Chinese medicine symptom score,the KPS score,the PSQI score and so on.Confirming Zi shui Shu Mian Decoction,s clinical significance for improving breast cancer patients after endocrine therapy with liver and kidney Yin deficiency type insomnia.Methods: 48 cases patients who met the inclusion standards were divided randomly into treatment group and control group.The patients continued to take drugs of endocrine therapy,at the same time,to give the treatment group with Zi shui Shu Mian Decoction,the control group with the wu ling capsule,two groups took continuously for two weeks as for a whole course of treatment.The changes of clinical symptoms,Chinese medicine symptom score,KPS score,PSQI score and safety indexes before,during and after treatment were evaluated,and the efficacy was analysed by SPSS25.0 software and statistical knowledges.To draw a conclusion that made us have a more objective and accurate cognition for it’ efficacy.Results:1.Compared with the control group,the treatment group had more advantages in improving the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,especially in the sides of disturbed sleeplessness,easy to wake up more dreams,soreness and weaknesss of waist and knees,dysphoria in chestpalms-soles,dizziness and tinnitus,dry mouth and throat,hot flashes night sweats,evaporation heat of bone,tooth loose hair.2.According to the evaluation of the total score of Chinese medicine syndrome,no matter on the middle treatment or the end of treatment,two groups patients’ total score of Chinese medicine syndrome were declining.And to compare with the control group,the treatment group had more advantages.3.According to the evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes efficacy,on the 7th day after treatment,to compare with control group,the treatment group did not have distinct advantages;At the end of treatment,the treatment group showed the superiority.4.After the treatment,to compare with control group,the treatment group had more advantages in improving KPS score and living quality.5.After the treatment,to compare with control group,the treatment group had more advantages in reducing PSQI score and improving sleep quality.6.During the treatment,the patients’ vital signs remained stable.The safety indicators without distinct abnormalities,and no distinct toxic and side effects or untoward reactions.Research Conclusion: For patients with insomnia of liver and kidney Yin deficiency after endocrine treatment of breast cancer,to compare with control group,the treatment group had remarkable advantages in terms of improving clinical symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine syndromes score,KPS score and PSQI score,indicating that Zi shui Shu mian Decoction is effective and advantageous.
