The Clinical Experience Research Of TCM Master Zhang Zhiyuan On Mental Disease

Objective: To discuss the treatment and prescription characteristics of TCM Master Zhang Zhiyuan on mental disease,to inherit and develop his experience in the treatment of mental disease,and to provide some references for clinical treatment.Methods: By using the method of literature research,the medical records of Zhang Lao treating mental diseases were collected,and the representative cases in Zhang Lao’s works were selected,sorted out,classified and analyzed,and related materials such as historical documents and famous medical records related to mental diseases were consulted,through the reference study,the author summarizes the characteristics of Zhang Lao’s treatment of psychosis in the aspects of theory,method,prescription,medicine etc.First of all,it discusses the research on mental illness through the ages,sums up the doctors’ understanding of mental illness through the ages,and secondly,arranges Zhang Lao’s representative medical records for treating mental illness,sums up the types of syndrome according to symptoms,methods of treatment,prescriptions and medicines,follow-up,etc.the pathogenesis and prescription were analyzed.Finally,the Statistics Zhang Lao used in the treatment of psychosis prescription and clinical experience,summarized.Results: First,Zhang Lao has rich experience in differentiating and treating mental diseases,with a large number of clinical cases,of which mania,sleeplessness,restlessness,dementia,forgetfulness and depression are the major ones;second,the causes of mental diseases are mainly internal injury and seven emotions,the disorders of the heart,liver,spleen and kidney have a great influence on the disease;3.The treatment of mental disorders is based on the principles of supporting the body,dispelling pathogenic factors and tranquilizing the mind;Fifth.Imitating Zhongjing,applying the classical prescriptions and the customary prescriptions of Zhongjing.Conclusion: Zhang Lao has rich experience in the treatment of mental disorders.Under the guidance of the overall concept,he took "early" as the task,followed Zhong Jing’s example,examined deficiency and excess,distinguished Yin and Yang,and regulated Qi and blood.He emphasized that the disorder of Yin and Yang in the zang-fu organs,Qi and blood,and the disorder of the nervous system were the key pathogenesis of mental disorders,the main pathological manifestations were Qi,fire,phlegm and blood stasis.On the basis of taking care of the healthy Qi,we should take corresponding measures in different stages of pre-disease,pre-disease and post-disease.We should attach importance to the application of emotional therapy and take corresponding measures in daily living,diet,work and rest.For Mental Disorders,not only with sedative drugs,treatment based on syndrome differentiation,drug selection re-review,Tongsan,with cold,Kaiqiao of the product,while flexible use of agents,insects drugs,flowers and other drugs.The therapeutic prescriptions involve chaihu plus longgu oyster soup,Chengqi soup,Ganmai Dazao Soup,etc.as well as the self-made prescriptions according to the classical prescriptions,such as jieyu soup,Yannian Dan,Sanzhu Soup,Wufu Soup,Yi Huidan,shiyou soup,Xiaobaiyou Soup,etc.the Outstanding Clinical Curative Effect is helpful to guide the clinical treatment of psychosis in TCM,perfect the theoretical system of TCM,and promote the innovation and development of TCM.
