Observation On The Effect Of Yiqi Huayu Xiaozheng Pills Combined With Diane-35 In Intervention Of Adenomyosis Secondary Dysmenorrhea (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Yiqi Huayu Xiaozheng Pills combined with diane-35 on dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).Methods:From September 2019 to September 2020,90 patients with AM and dysmenorrhea(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)who were treated in the Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.These patients were randomly divided into three groups:traditional chinese medicine(TCM)group,western medicine group,and chinese and western medicine combined group,with 30 cases in each group.The TCM group was treated with Yiqi Huayu Xiaozheng Pills,the western medicine group was treated with diane-35,and the chinese and western medicine combined group was treated with Yiqi Huayu Xiaozheng Pills+diane-35 for a total of three menstrual cycles.The dysmenorrhea symptom score,VAS score,TCM syndrome score,and uterine volume were observed before and after treatment in the three groups.The patients were followed up for three months after the treatment,the scores of dysmenorrhea symptoms and VAS scores were recorded during the 1,2,and 3 month of follow-up.All collected data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS 24.0.Results:1.In terms of improving the symptoms of dysmenorrhea:①The scores of dysmenorrhea symptoms and VAS scores after treatment in the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).The chinese and western medicine combined group was better than the TCM group and the western medicine group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the TCM group and the western medicine group(P>0.05).②The effective rates of dysmenorrhea in the chinese and western medicine combined group,TCM group and western medicine group were 96.55%,86.67%,and 85.19%.The dysmenorrhea curative effect of the chinese and western medicine combined group was better than that of the TCM group and the western medicine group(P<0.05),while the difference was not statistically significant between the TCM group and the western medicine group(P>0.05).2.1n terms of reducing TCM syndrome scores:①The TCM syndrome scores of the three groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),the chinese and western medicine combined group and the TCM group were better than the western medicine group(P<0.05),while the difference was not statistically significant between the chinese and western medicine combined group and the TCM group(P>0.05).②The effective rates of TCM symptoms of the chinese and western medicine combined group,TCM group,and western medicine group were 93.10%,90.00%,and 74.07%.The TCM symptom curative effects of the chinese and western medicine combined group and the TCM group were better than those of the western medicine group(P<0.05),while the chinese and western medicine combined group was similar to that of the TCM group.(P>0.05).3.In terms of reducing the volume of the uterus:the volume of the uterus in the chinese and western medicine combined group was significantly reduced before the treatment(P<0.01).Although the volume of the uterus in the TCM group and the western medicine group were smaller than before the treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparison in three groups,the chinese and western medicine combined group is better than the TCM group and the western medicine group(P<0.05),and the difference between the TCM group and the western medicine group is not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.In terms of long-term efficacy:①Dysmenorrhea symptom scores and VAS scores were lower than before treatment in the three groups at 1,2,and 3 months follow-up(P<0.05).②Compared at the same time points during follow-up,the dysmenorrhea symptom score and VAS score of the western medicine group,the TCM group,and the chinese and western medicine combined group were sequentially reduced(except for the comparison of VAS score between TCM group and western medicine group at 1 month follow-up,P>0.05,the other P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huayu Xiaozheng Pills combined with diane-35 can significantly improve the dysmenorrhea symptoms of patients with AM dysmenorrhea,reduce the TCM syndrome score,reduce the volume of the uterus,and still have the effect within three months after stopping the drug.Both the short-term and long-term effects are significantly better than the single use of Yiqi Huayu Xiaozheng Pills or the single use of diane-35,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
