Yishen Huayu Treatment Of Uterine Adenomyosis Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Clinical Research

Objective:By observing the treatment of Yishen Huayu for adenomyosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis, the clinical symptoms and signs, serum CA125, EMAb and uterine volume changes, the evaluation method of treating kidney deficiency and blood stasis adenomyosis clinical efficacy, to explore its mechanisms to provide a theoretical basis for Chinese medicine conservative treatment of adenomyosis.Methods:Conform to the diagnostic standard of60cases of clinic patients to take random grouping method, divided into treatment group30cases (stage of oral Yishen Huayu decoction and modified Shixiao decoction), and control group30cases (oral capsule Sanjie analgesic),3consecutive menstrual cycles for a course of treatment; before and after the treatment, check gynecological B ultrasound, detection of serum CA125, EMAb, and observe two groups of patients in the treatment of TCM symptoms and symptoms during the period of change, fill in watch list and statistical analysis.Results:Treatment group and control group of TCM can improve the patients’symptoms, comparing the two groups after treatment,there exists significant difference (P<0.05), and the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group. The clinical curative effect of the treatment group and the control group of patients can be improved after treatment, the two groups after treatment compared with significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group. The treatment group and the control group decrease in patients with TCM syndrome integral, after treatment, there is significant difference between two groups (P<0.01), suggesting that the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group. The treatment group and the control group can alleviate the symptoms of dysmenorrheal and decrease dysmenorrheal scores after treatment, there is significant difference between two groups (P<0.05), the treatment group is better than control group. The treatment group and the control group can reduce the serum CA125level in two groups after the treatment, comparing the two groups after treatment,there is a very significant difference (P<0.01), suggesting the curative effect of treatment group is obviously better than the control group. In terms of uterine volume change, the treatment group before and after treatment efficacy is significant (P<0.05), while the control group has no significant difference(P>0.05).In endometrial antibodies (EMAb) negative, the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment show no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Yishen Huayu (Yishen Huayu Decoction and modified Shixiao Decoction) staging treatment of uterine adenomyosis has good clinical curative effect, and can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms, combined with modern pharmacological research, preliminary analysis of the mechanism may be related to improve the blood rheology, immune regulation mechanism and so on.
