| As an important part of Compendium of Materia Medica,"Indications for Various Diseases" takes the disease name as the key link and the syndrome differentiation and medication as the goal.Drugs are summarized and classified according to their properties and main treatment,which has good clinical practical value and is worthy of further study.Understanding "Indications for Various Diseases",which is of great significance for the future clinical treatment of insomnia related diseases and the development and research of insomnia drugs.By using the method of philology,this paper made a systematic analysis on the origin,explanation,collection,processing,smell,indications,invention,and supplementary prescriptions of the drugs for insomnia,and summarized the regularity of bibliography,drug source,drug efficacy,and supplementary prescriptions.The research shows that Compendium of Materia Medica is a collection of the great achievements of Materia Medica in the past dynasties,which integrates the theories of famous experts.Most of the recorded insomnia drugs are from the top of Sheng Nong’s herbal classic,mainly plant drugs,and most of them belong to the tonifying and tranquilizing traditional Chinese medicine in traditional Chinese medicine.Cold and mild drugs accounted for a large proportion;The drugs for heart,spleen and lung meridian account for a large proportion;Most of the drugs with non-toxic taste;From the perspective of supplementary prescriptions,most of them are internal treatment,the main dosage form is decoction,followed by powder.Among the 30 kinds of insomnia drugs recorded in Compendium of Materia Medica,13 are not listed in Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China.The processing and effect of some of the drugs have also changed significantly.In addition,this paper also takes Suanzaoren as an example to discuss the the origin of the different use of raw and cooked products.There are rich contents of insomnia drugs recorded in Compendium of Materia Medica,which are worthy of attention of modern clinical and scientific research. |
