| Objective: Yu Genchu,a famous doctor in the Qing Dynasty,was the founder of "Shaopai Typhoid".His book Popular Treatise on Febrile Diseases,not only inherited Xuan Qi’s theory but also integrated the academic essence of cold and warm schools,and summarized the treatment of fever syndrome from the theory of typhoid.However,the researches of later scholars on Yu Genchu’s Popular Treatise on Febrile Diseases mostly focused on the elaboration of well-known arguments such as "The theory of treatment based on six channels",and related to the treatment methods of Yu Genchu,but they were relatively scattered and not systematic.Therefore,on the basis of Popular Treatise on Febrile Diseases,this topic sorted out and systematically analyzed the relevant chapters related to warm diseases,and summarized Yu Genchu’s academic background,theoretical characteristics,medication rules and its guiding significance to modern clinical practice.It is expected to enrich the research on Yu Genchu’s academic thoughts and provide reference for TCM classics to better serve the clinic.Methods: By sorting out the relevant chapters on "Warm diseases" in Popular Treatise on Febrile Diseases and adopting the research method of combining theoretical discussion with data mining.in order to explore Yu Genchu’s understanding of warm diseases,this paper analyzes the specific application of the theory of warm diseases in Yu Genchu’s Popular Treatise on Febrile Diseases and finally summarizes the law of differentiation and treatment of warm diseases.Results:1.Yu Genchu’s academic theory of warm disease inherits the advantages of cold and warm families.2.Yu Genchu attached great importance to the vital mechanism of the human body and gave priority to depression in the treatment of warm diseases.3.Emphasize that the occurrence of warm disease is related to "Fu evil" and is caused by new sensation.4.Yu Genchu developed characteristic diagnostic methods for warm diseases,such as mouth inspection,tongue coating examination,rash detection,chest examination and abdomen examination,etc.5.Pay attention to dampness heat and other factors in syndrome differentiation;in treatment,according to the difference of warm pathogen and clip,flexibly cut the ancient prescription and the use of medicine is mainly fresh.after treatment,mainly recuperation,disease prevention and recovery.Conclusion:1.Yu Genchu differentiates and treats warm diseases with the first emphasis on "Evilness" and damp-heat factors,and according to the difference of disease condition and the addition of both febrile pathogens.Yu Genchu focuses on the treatment of warm diseases.In the diagnosis of warm diseases,he re-examines the mouth and teeth,distinguishes the rash,enriches and improves the abdominal diagnosis and advocates the combination of treatment and maintenance after the disease.2.The core medicine used by Yu Genchu in the treatment of warm disease is bitter,sweet and pungent which enters the lung,spleen,stomach and heart meridian and its efficacy is mainly to regulate qi,release dampness and clear heat.Most of the core drug combinations are made from classical prescriptions such as Zhuye Gypsum decoction,Jufang Pingwei Powder,Xidi Qingluo Yin,Xianxiong Chengqi decoction,Liuyi Powder and so on.The core drug combinations with strong correlation are Platycodon grandiflorum and Fructus Aurantii;Coke Gardenia,light Douchi,Platycodon grandiflorum,peppermint,light Douchi,Forsythia suspensa,Jiao Gardenia;Peony,turmeric;Platycodon grandiflorum,tangerine peel,etc.The strongly related drug pairs and the prescription combination of clustering reflect the idea of medication based on the theory of Sanjiao.Yu pays attention to Xuanchang qi machine,clearing heat and dehumidification in the treatment of warm diseases,multi-drug combination,multi-methods and used to achieve the goal of treating both the root causes of warm diseases. |
