Objective: By measuring the dominant and non-dominant eye and classifying the refractive parameters in healthy young crowd, the density of retinal blood flow, gender and mass index(BMI),analysis the correlation between variables and dominant or nondominant eye.It will provide new mind about diagnosis and treatment for ocular blood related diseases. Methods: In this study, ocular data of 69 cases(138 eyes)of young volunteers were collected from April 2019 to October 2020.Equivalent spherical mirrors(Equivalent spherical mirrors,SE)were divided into four groups according to anisometropia(Units: Diopter, expressed as D): <0.5;0.5-1.75;1.75-2.5;2.5 or higher. The card-hole method was used to determine the dominant eye pattern of volunteers.Optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)was used to measure the blood flow density of the superficial retinal(SVC),deep retinal(DVC),vascularized retinal(AC),full retinal layer(Retina),choroidal capillary layer, middle choroidal vascular layer, and full retinal choroidal layer in each volunteer.Refractive examination of both eyes was performed with automatic computerized optometry under normal pupil, and visual acuity was corrected in each eye>= 1.0.IBM SPSS23.0 software was used for statistical analysis, and the numerical results were expressed as arithmetic mean ± standard deviation.K-S test was used to test the normality of each parameter.Pair sample t test was used to analyze the equivalent spherical mirror(SE),spherical, astigmatism, ocular axis and corneal curvature of dominant and non-dominant eyes.Gender and BMI were analyzed by chi-square test. Results: Among all the examined volunteers,47(68.12%)had the dominant eye in the right eye,and 22(31.88%)had the dominant eye in the left eye.The degree of myopia in dominant eyes was higher than that in non-dominant eyes(P =0.002),but there was no significant difference in astigmatism(P =0.367).There were no statistical differences between dominant eye and axial eye(t=0.094,P =0.926),corneal curvature difference(t=-0.592,P =0.566),gender(P =0.404)and BMI(P =0.181).The vascular density of DVC(P =0.043),AC(P <0.05),RET(P =0.001),CC(P <0.05)and the vascular density of the choroidal vascular layer(P <0.05)were significantly different between dominant eyes and non-dominant eyes. The vascular density of SVC(P=0.049),DVC(P =0.043),AC(P =0.002),RET(P <0.05),CC(P =0.023),and the vascular density of the choroidal vascular layer(P =0.032)were different from those of the dominant eye and non-dominant eye when the SE anisometropia was less than 0.5D.The vascular density of SVC(P =0.017),DVC(P <0.05),AC(P =0.034),RET(0P<0.05),CC(P =0.039),and the blood flow density of the choroidal vascular layer(P<0.05)were different from those of the dominant and non-dominant eyes when the SE anisometropia was 0.5-1.75 D.When the SE anisometropia was 1.75-2.5D,only DVC was statistically significant(P =0.036).Conclusion: In healthy young people,SE and myopic spherical lens are higher in the dominant eye than in the non-dominant eye.The vascular densities of SVC,DVC and RET in dominant eyes were lower than those in non-dominant eyes, and the Vascular densities of AC,CC and choroidal vascular layer in dominant eyes were higher than those in non-dominant eyes when the SE anisometropia was less than 1.75 D.When the SE anisometropia was greater than or equal to 1.75 D,the DVC vascular density of the dominant eye was greater than that of the non-dominant eye. There were no significant differences in astigmatism, axis, corneal curvature difference, gender,BMI,and eye type between dominant and non-dominant eyes.
