| Objective:This study observes the clinical effects of Press needle on improving anxiety and serum E2、P levels in patients with Liver-Depression and Qi-Stagnation type Breast hyperplasia.It hops that through acupuncture’s regulating effects on nerves,endocrine and blood rheology,it can reduce breast pain,relieve anxiety,and regulate serum E2 and P levels of patients,improve endocrine functionand the quality of life of patients with Breast hyperplasia.Methods:The 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 36 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given Rupixiao tablets orally,and in the treatment group,acupuncture at Tanzhong,Qimen,Jianjing,Taichong,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Shenmen,and Neiguan were added to the control group.Mainly observe the changes in anxiety scores,Depression TCM Syndrome Score,serum E2 and P levels,and breast pain scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and finally perform statistical analysis.Results:This study actually included 67 cases,34 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group.The results of the study were obtained through statistical analysis.Before treatment,comparing the general information of the two groups of patients,including age,disease course,menstrual cycle and menstrual days,the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).After treatment,the patients in the treatment group were better than the control group in SAS anxiety score,depression score of TCM syndrome,serum E2 and P level,and breast pain score,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Press needle can adjust the serum E2 and P levels of patients with Liver-Depression and Qi-Stagnation type Hyperplastic disease of breast,improve endocrine function,and effectively reduce breast pain.It has clinical effects on improving patients’anxiety and can be used for clinical treatment of patients with Hyperplastic disease of breast. |
