Objective:To analyze the clinical features and mental health of patients with psychogenic erectile dysfunction and explore the effect of Cortex Albizia on the sexual behavior of rats with psychogenic erectile dysfunction.Method:From 2019-3 to 2020-7,a total of 202 inpatients with erectile dysfunction looking for erectile function examination were counted.The total was divided into psychogenic ED group and organic ED group according to the results of intracavernous injection(ICI),color duplex doppler ultrasound(CDDU)and Rigiscan.Each factor and total scores of each group were calculated and compared with the nation norm to analyze the specfic mental health of patients with psychogenic ED.Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Cortex Albizia group,fluoxetine group,tadalafil group and Cortex Albizia+tadalafil group.Modeling and intragastric administration were performed simultaneously for 6 weeks.The modeling method is separation and chronic mild stress.The normal group and the model group are given equal volume of normal saline.The Cortex Albizia group is 3.15 g/(kg·d),the fluoxetine group is 5mg/(kg·d),the tadalafil group is 5mg/(kg·d),before and after the modeling,the sucrose preference test(SPT)was performed,and compared the difference between the 0 week and 6 weeks’ SPT and the difference between each group after 6 weeks;after the SPT,placed a male rat and a female rat which in oestrus together in a cage,observed and recorded the mount latency(ML),intromission latency(IL),ejaculation latency(EL),post-ejaculation interval(PEI),mount frequency(MF),intromission frequency(IF),intromission ratio(IR),ejaculation latency(EL),total mount frequency(TMF)and total intromission frequency(TIF)in 30 minutes,studied the difference of sexual behavioral parameters between each group and the correlation between the TIF and the IR and ML.Result:The ICI+CDDU test of patients with psychogenic erectile dysfunction is postive and Rigiscan has no obvious abnormalities.The obsession score(t=9.28I;t=3.865,P<0.001)of patients with psychogenic erectile dysfunction on SCL-90,sensitivity(t=8.388,t=4.583,P<0.001),depression(t=8.372,t=4.711,P<0.001),anxiety(t=10.09,t=3.939,P<0.001),hostility(t=6.809,t=2.655,P<0.001),phobia(t=4.979,t=3.344,P<0.001),paranoid(t=6.005,t=3.955,P<0.001),psychoticism(t=12.6,t=3.905,P<0.001),somatization(t=4.874,t=3.064,P<0.001)and total score(t=5.858,t=4.76,P<0.001)were all remarkably higher than the national norm of adult males and patients with organic ED;the obsession score(t=5.008,P<0.001)of patients with organic erectile function,depression(t=2.817,P=0.005),anxiety(t=4.749,P<0.001),hostility(t=3.287,P=0.001)and psychoticism(t=7.518,P<0.001)were all higher than the nation norm.After 6 weeks,the sucrose preference test of the model group decreased significantly(P<0.001);There was no significant difference in Normal group,Cortex Albizia group,Fluoxetine group,Tadalafil group,Cortex Albizia+Tadalafil group before and after(P>0.05).No statistically differences were observed in the IL,MF and PEI among the six groups.(P>0.05);IF in the Normal group was significantly higher than that in the Cortex Albizia group(P=0.003),Fluoxetine group(P=0.016)and Tadalafil group(P=0.033);TIF in.the Normal group was significantly higher than that in the model group(P<0.001),Cortex Albizia group(P=0.039),Fluoxetine group(P=0.005)and Tadalafil group(P=0.002));TIF in the model group was significantly lower than that in the Cortex Albizia group(P=0.017)and the Cortex Albizia+Tadalafil group(P=0.004);the IR of the model group was significantly lower than the Normal group,the Cortex Albizia group,and Fluoxetine group,Tadalafil group and Cortex Albizia+Tadalafil group(P<0.001);except for the model group,IR showed no statistical significance in each group(P>0.05);the ML was significant longer in the model group than in the Normal group(P=0.04).the EF of Cortex Albizia group was remarkably higher than the Normal group(P=0.001)and the model group(P<0.001);the EL of the Normal group was longer than that of Cortex Albizia group(P=0.034);compared with the model group,the Cortex Albizia group(P<0.001),the Fluoxetine group(P=0.004)and the Cortex Albizia+Tadalafil group(P=0.038)could significantly shorten the ejaculation latency.Pearson analysis revealed the positive correlation between TIF and IR(r=0.643,P<0.001),but the weak negative correlation between TIF and ML(r=-0.396,P<0.05).Conclusion:The main clinical features of patients with psychogenic erectile dysfunction are the decline of erectile function accompanied with psychological and emotional abnormalities.There is no obvious abnormality in patients with psychogenic erectile dysfunction according to erectile function tests.Whether it is psychogenic and organic ED,there is a certain degree of abnormal mental health.Compared with organic ED,the psychological problems of patients with psychogenic ED are more prominent and complicated.Cortex Albizia could improve depression-like behavior,erectile function and sexual desire in rats with psychogenic erectile dysfunction.
