Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Moderate And Severe Allergic Rhinitis With Ling Gui Ba Fa And Acupoint Selection Based On Syndrome Differentiation

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of combined with acupoint selection,syndrome differentiation and Budesonide Nasal Spray in the treatment of moderate and severe allergic rhinitis,and to explore the clinical efficacy of Ling Gui Ba Fa in treating moderate and severe allergic rhinitis,so as to provide evidence for the promotion and application of Ling Gui Ba Fa.Methods: a total of 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(Ling Gui Ba Fa +syndrome differentiation),control group A(syndrome differentiation),and control group B(Budesonide Nasal Spray),30 cases in each group.Before and after treatment,the total score of nasal symptoms TNSS,total score of nasal accompanying symptoms tnnss,total score of quality of life RQLQ were recorded,and the curative effect was evaluated according to the score before and after treatment.The data were analyzed by spss22.0 statistical software.Results:(1)the total effective rate of Ling Gui Ba Facombined with acupoint selection treatment group was 93.3%.The total effective rate of A in the control group was 83.3%.The total effective rate of B in the Budesonide Nasal Spray control group was 76.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)After treatment,the nasal symptoms and nasal accompanying symptoms were improved,and the quality of life was improved.There were significant differences in TNSS,tnnss and RQLQ scores between before and after treatment(P <0.01).(3)Compared with before and after treatment,the nasal symptoms,nasal accompanying symptoms and quality of life of patients in the control group A were improved,and the scores of TNSS,tnnss and RQLQ were different(P < 0.05).(4)compared with the control group B before and after treatment,the nasal symptoms and nasal concomitant symptoms improved after treatment.The quality of life was improved compared with that before treatment,and the scores of TNSS,TNNSS and RQLQ were different from those before treatment(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(TNSS).(5)comparison between groups: Ling Gui Ba Fa combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment group after treatment,the total score of nasal symptoms TNSS and the total symptom score TNNSS were better than that of the control group A and the Budesonide Nasal Spray control group B,there was a significant difference(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of sleep,nasal symptoms and non nasal / eye symptoms in the treatment group were compared with those in the control group A and B(P < 0.05),and the scores of daily life,eye symptoms,practical problems and emotions in the treatment group were compared(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Ling Gui Ba Fa combined with differentiation of symptoms and signs,differentiation of symptoms and signs,and treatment of allergic rhinitis by 3 kinds of Budesonide Nasal Spray,have good curative effects.However,the clinical curative effect of Ling Gui Ba Fa combined with acupoint selection is better than that of syndrome differentiation and Budesonide Nasal Spray.(2)Ling Gui Ba Fa combined with differentiation of symptoms and signs,differentiation of symptoms and signs,and 3treatment methods of Budesonide Nasal Spray can improve nasal symptoms and nasal accompanying symptoms.However,Ling Gui Ba Fa combined with syndrome differentiation,nasal symptoms and nasal symptoms are better than those of syndrome differentiation and Budesonide Nasal Spray.(3)Ling Gui Ba Fa combined with 3 points of acupoint selection,acupoint selection and Budesonide Nasal Spray treatment can improve the quality of life of patients,but the quality of life in the eight ways of Ling tortoise combined with differentiation of symptoms and signs to improve daily life,sleep,nasal symptoms and practical problems is better than that of syndrome differentiation and Budesonide Nasal Spray.
