Clinical Observation Of Huanglian Chushi Decoction Modified Oral Administration Combined With Xiao Fan Powder Sitz Bath In The Prevention And Treatment Of Anal Edema And Pain After Damp-heat Type Hemorrhoids Operation

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huanglian Chushi Decoction modified oral administration combined with Xiao Fan Powder sitz bath in the prevention and treatment of Anal edema and pain after damp-heat type hemorrhoids operation.Methods:A total of 90 patients who had undergone the surgery of the mixed hemorrhoid and met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into three groups,each group with 30 cases.Three groups were given routine treatment after the surgery,group C on the basis of treatment was added to Huanglian Chushi Decoction modified oral administration combined with Xiao Fan Powder sitz bath,group A added to Huanglian Chushi decoction modified oral administration,group B added to Xiao Fan Powder sitz bath.The wound edema,anal pain,defecation,wound healing time,overall effective rate and drug safety of t he three groups of patients were scored,summarized and analyzed statistically.Results:There were no significant differences(P>0.05)among the three groups in terms of gender composition,age distribution,the complexion of entrance hospital,internal hemorrhoid stage,surgical method,etc.After the treatment,there were significant differences(P<0.05)in the aspects of anal edema,anal pain,defecation,and wound healing,indicating that the effect of the group C was better than that of the group A and group B.Conclusion:Huanglian Chushi Decoction modified oral administration combined with Xiao Fan Powder sitz bath has a definite effect on the treatment of anal edema and pain after damp-heat type hemorrhoids operation,it also has certain effects on the maintenance of defecation and promotion of wound healing,and has a certain safety,which is worth promoting in clinical application.
