Objective: The two groups of treatment methods were compared and analyzed based on the theory of "combination of movement and static" in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: The 60 patients who were admitted to the orthopedic ward of Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to October 2020 who were eligible for anterior cruciate ligament rupture, undergoing surgical treatment and complete data were screened, and the patients were randomly divided into a test group and a control group.Thirty patients in the control group received arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with autogenous tendon + routine postoperative rehabilitation treatment, and 30 cases in the experimental group received conventional treatment under the guidance of the theory of "combination of movement and static" combined with TCM massage and acupuncture techniques;observation and record the two groups of patients Before operation,3 days after operation,7 days after operation, and 14 days after operation, the knee joint VAS pain score, knee joint range of motion and knee joint swelling degree were statistically analyzed using SPSS25.0 software to evaluate the results. Results: There was no significant difference in gender, age, and injury site between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in VAS score, knee range of motion, and knee swelling between the two groups before surgery(P> 0.05).There were statistically significant differences in VAS scores, knee range of motion, and knee swelling between the two groups on 3,7,and 14 days after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion: Arthroscopic autogenous tendon reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament under the guidance of the theory of "dynamic and static" can effectively reduce knee swelling and pain and accelerate the recovery of knee joint function. The short-term clinical effect is obvious, which reflects the effective and practical characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine theory.
