Study On Optimization Of Emergency Management Of Hospitals In Response To Major Public Health Emergencies

Objective:In the new situation of the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic(hereinafter referred to as COVID-19 epidemic),this paper optimized the emergency management of public health emergencies in the hospital.Through the investigation and research on the emergency management of health administration and hospitals,summarize the development situation of hospital emergency management,propose the corresponding optimization suggestions for the problems in hospital emergency management process,aiming to provide optimization ideas and countermeasures to improve the response ability in the face of public health emergencies.Methods:Firstly,read the existing academic results on hospital and emergency management at home and abroad,sort the current laws,regulations and policy documents related to the national public health emergency management,and understand the status quo of the national public health emergency management system.Secondly,field investigation,interviews and other methods were used to survey the selected sample institutions and summarize the emergency management development of the hospital.Thirdly,on the basis of the above current situation research,there are many deficiencies in the management of public health emergencies in the hospital.Finally,closely around the current research results and problems analysis,combined with the epidemic prevention and control work,gave some completion Scientific suggestions on the emergency management of public health emergencies in hospitals.Result:In response to the preparation,response,recovery evaluation of public health emergency management of the hospital has taken corresponding measures to management,but there are still problems at various stages,such as imperfect institutions,imperfect management process,poor operability,material reserve management level is not high,emergency training drills,imperfect information reporting,fever clinic standardization,missing evaluation mechanism,need to be further optimized and improved.Conclusion:According to the results of the literature and the current situation investigation,the hospital has formed a relatively comprehensive emergency management system for handling public health emergencies,and according to the life cycle of public health emergency,it has taken clear response measures in all stages of emergency preparation,emergency response and recovery assessment.In addition,in view of the problems existing in hospital emergency management,this paper puts forward specific suggestions from strengthening the institutional construction,improving the management process,improving the emergency awareness,improving the plan construction,optimizing the material reserve,paying great importance to training drills,promoting information construction,playing the role of traditional Chinese medicine,and improving the evaluation system.
