AIM:To compare the prognosis of tubal abscess treated by B ultrasonic puncture between the treatment group and the control group with traditional Chinese medicine intervention, and compare the basic information before and after treatment, the WBC,super NEUT,CRP,the symptoms and signs of gynecology, and the improvement of the overall symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine. To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with antibiotics on the prognosis of tubal abscess after B-ultrasound puncture,in order to better guide the clinical use of postoperative treatment of tubal abscess,so as to improve the efficacy, reduce complications, and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease. Methods:According to 1:1 standard free distribution was divided into treatment group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases).Antibiotics were given for 10 days after operation, the control group was supplemented with Kangfuyan capsule, the treatment group was supplemented with JiaweiBaiteng mixture, and the two groups were given 28 days as a cycle. The laboratory indexes of the two groups were analyzed at the time of 14 days and 28 days after operation, the treatment of tubal abscess before and after medication was comprehensively evaluated with the measurement of abscess size by B-ultrasound,TCM and gynecological scores, and safety indexes.Results:(1)Comparison of the comprehensive efficacy of the two groups:The effective rate of the treatment group was 95%and the effective rate of the control group was 80%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of related indexes of B-ultrasound:The diameter and volume of abscess in the two groups decreased at the time of 14 days and 28 days after operation. The diameter and volume of abscess in the treatment group decreased significantly after 28 days,P<0.01,and the diameter and volume of abscess in the control group became smaller than before,P<0.05.Compared with the two groups, the change of mass in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.(3)Comparison of inflammatory factors and CA125:WBC、NEUT and CA125 were decreased in the two groups after 14 days,P<0.05,especially,CRP P<0.01,which was statistically significant.28 days after operation, the CRP and CA125 levels of the two groups decreased to normal value,CRP、CA125 P<0.01.The two groups found that the decrease level of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(4)Comparison of the time of postoperative pain:comparing the time of postoperative pain between the two groups,P<0.01,which was statistically significant, indicating that the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine had a significant advantage in disease healing.(5)Comparison of scores of traditional Chinese medicine and gynecology:after treatment, scores of both aspects were significantly decreased in the two groups, with P<0.05,indicating that the difference in treatment was significant.(6)Comparison of complications and recurrence rate:the complication rate and recurrence rate in the treatment group were 10.50%and 0.00%respectively;In the control group, the complication rate was 16.70%,and the recurrence rate was 5.60%.Conclusion:The effect of Jiaweibaiteng mixture on ultrasonic puncture of tubal abscess is remarkable. In terms of the comprehensive efficacy, complication and recurrence rate, the overall status score has a high positive therapeutic effect, patients take drugs without obvious side effects, which has a high clinical application value, and is worthy of further in-depth study and wide application.
