Clinical Study Of Kidney-nourishing And Heart-clearing Therapy Combined With Estrogen And Progesterone Sequential Therapy In The Treatment Of Heart-kidney Non-interchange Type Of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

Objective:To observe the effects of Zishen Qingxin decoction combined with estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy on menstruation,TCM syndrome score,modified Kupperman scale score,Folliclestimulating hormone(FSH),Luteinizing hormone(LH),Estradiol(E2),Anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)and Antral follicle count(Antralfolliclecount,AFC)in patients who suffers from POI(Prematureovarianinsufficiency,POI)with the type of imbalance between heart and kidney.And compare it with that of sequential therapy with estrogen and progesterone alone,to explore the mechanism of Zishen Qingxin decoction in the treatment of this disease,so as to provide a train of thought for clinical diagnosis and treatment of premature decline of female ovarian function.At the same time,strengthening women’s understanding and attention to the disease.Methods:62 patients with imbalance between heart and kidney POI were randomly divided into two groups,2 cases were shedding,and 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Zishen Qingxin decoction combined with femoston,and the control group was treated with Femoston.After 3 courses of treatment,the changes of clinical symptoms and curative effect indexes of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in age,course of disease,indexes and scores between the two groups.1.Comparison of menstruation and TCM syndrome score:after treatment,the menstruation and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.01),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01),indicating that the menstruation and TCM syndromes of the two groups were improved after treatment,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better.2.Comparison of the scores of modified Kupperman scale:The scores of modified Kupperman scale decreased in both groups after treatment,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01),indicating that the scores of modified Kupperman scale of the two groups were improved after treatment,and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.3.Comparison of serum sex hormone levels:After treatment,the levels of FSH and LH in the two groups decreased,and there was significant difference between the two groups,the degree of decrease in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group,and the level of E2 increased after treatment,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.Comparison of AMH and AFC:There was no significant change in AMH and AFC between the two groups after treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups,indicating that there was no improvement in AMH and AFC in both groups.5.Comparison of efficiency of TCM syndrome:In the treatment group,the cured,markedly effective,effective and ineffective cases were 0,6,22 and 2 cases respectively in the treatment group,with a total effective rate of 93.33%,while those in the control group were 0,1,20 and 9 cases,with a total effective rate of 70%.The total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different by chi-square test(P<0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.6.Comparison of clinical symptom treatment efficiency:Comparison of clinical symptom treatment efficiency:the cured,markedly effective,effective and ineffective cases in the treatment group were 0,6,20,4 respectively,with a total effective rate of 86.67%,while those in the control group were 0,1,14,15 cases,with a total effective rate of 50%.The total effective rate of the two groups was 0.002<0.05 by chi-square test,and the difference was statistically significant.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.7.No serious clinical adverse reactions occurred during the treatment period,indicating that Zishen Qingxin decoction in this study is clinically safe.Conclusion:Zishen Qingxin decoction combined with femoston can effectively improve the menstruation and TCM syndrome of POI patients with the type of imbalance between heart and kidney,regulate the level of sex hormones,and the curative effect is better than that of femoston alone.With high safety and less side effects,it is worthy of extensive clinical use.
