Observation On The Curative Effect Of Yunyudan Syrup Combined With Femoston On Kidney Yang Deficiency Type Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and the changes of related medical indexes of Yunyudan syrup combined with Femoston in the treatment of POI patients with kidney-yang deficiency,and to provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:A total of 60 POI patients with kidney-yang deficiency were randomly divided into two group,the control group（30 patients）was treated with Femoston orally,and the observation group（30 patients）was treated with Yunyudan syrup and Femoston orally.Observe and analyze statistically sex hormone levels（FSH,LH,E₂）,AMH,AFC,PSV and TCM’s syndrome in two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.Serum sex hormone and AMH values:Compared with before treatment,FSH and LH values were both decreased,E₂and AMH values were both increased,P<0.05;Compared with the control group,the values of FSH and LH in the observation group were decreased more obviously,while the values of E₂and AMH were increased more obviously,P<0.05.The results showed that both treatments can effectively improve serological indexes,but the observation group was superior to the control group.2.TCM’s syndrome scores:TCM’s syndrome scores in two groups were both decreased compared with before treatment,P<0.05;the decrease degree in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group,P<0.05.The results showed that both treatments can effectively decrease the TCM’s syndrome scores,but the observation group was better than the control group.3.AFC and PSV:After treatment,the indexes of AFC and PSV were both increased,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,AFC and PSV in the observation group were increased more significantly,P<0.05.The results showed that both treatments can effectively improve AFC and PSV,but the observation group was superior to the control group.4.Total clinical efficacy:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the control and observation group were 58.6%and 86.2%.By rank sum test analysis,P<0.05.The results showed that the observation group was better than the control group in the treatment of kidney-yang deficiency type POI.Conclusion:Yunyudan syrup combined with Femoston can effectively improve POI paients with kidney-yang deficiency sex hormone and AMH levels,increase the AFC and PSV,and effectively relieve the systemic symptoms of POI patients.
