Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia Of Liver And Stomach Discordant Type By "Tiao Du"

Objective: The onjective of this study was to observe the clinical effect of "regulating du" massage in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with disharmony of liver and stomach,to discuss its mechanism,and to promote the application of "tiao du" massage in the treatment of FD.Methods: From March 2017 to October 2017,60 patients with hepatogastric disharmony type functional dyspepsia were selected from the Department of Tuina,Department of Tuina,xxxxx hospital.They were randomly divided into observation group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The observation group used "tiao du" massage treatment,the control group using conventional massage treatment,6 times a week,the course of treatment are 4 weeks.Patients using Chinese medicine symptom integral,Nepean dyspepsia index simplified version integral and other indicators before and after the treatment were observed and evaluated,1 months,2months later,the observation group patients were followed up,with the Chinese Medicine symptom integral to evaluate its long-term effect.The incidence of adverse reactions in patients was recorded throughout the treatment process.All data are statistically analyzed with SPSS17.0,and conclusions are drawn.Results: 1.In total efficiency,the observation group and the control group after treatment,the observation group was 93.33%,the total efficiency of the control group is 86.66%,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),the observation group is superior to the control group.2.In the observation group and the control group after the treatment,the TCM symptom total score Difference has the statistical significance(P<0.05),the observation group is superior to the control group.3.Compared with the control group,the observation group was better than the control group(P <0.05),especially in the improvement of the symptoms such as upset,nuanqi and shantaixi(P<0.01).4.The quality of life in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P <0.05).5.There were no obvious adverse reactions during the whole course of treatment.6.The follow-up results showed that there was no significant difference between the single symptom score and the post-treatment score in the observation group after1 and 2 months(P>0.05),and the long-term curative effect was better than that in the control group.Conclusion: The treatment of liver and stomach disharmony type functional dyspepsia with "tiao du" massage is effective and has no obvious adverse reaction.It can improve the quality of life of the patients obviously and has a certain long-term curative effect.
