Study On The Clinical Effect Of Zhuang Medicine Meridian Manipulation Combined With Holistic Chiropractic Treatment On Cervical Spondylopathy

Objective: Observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine meridian manipulation combined with holistic chiropractic in the treatment of cervical spondylosis,aiming to explore a more optimized and effective treatment plan,and provide a scientific basis for the clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods: According to the random number table method,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into an observation group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases.The observation group was treated with Zhuang medicine meridian manipulation combined with holistic chiropractic treatment,and the control group was treated with Zhuang meridian manipulation combined with conventional reduction therapy.Use Cervical Dysfunction Index(NDI)and Pain Visual Analogue Score(VAS)as observation indicators;refer to "Diagnostic Efficacy Standards for Diseases and Syndromes of Traditional Chinese Medicine" and Nimodipine Curative Effect Index to develop clinical curative effect evaluation of cure,marked effect,effective and ineffective Standards and calculate the total effective rate;observe the NDI and VAS scores of the two groups before treatment and after the end of the course of treatment,and analyze the clinical efficacy of the two groups through SPSS21.O statistical software.Results:(1)Clinical efficacy: In the observation group,3 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,and 2cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,1 case was cured,7 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective,and 4 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 86.66%.The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=-2.101,P=0.036,P<0.05).(2)Cervical spine dysfunction index(NDI): After the two courses of treatment,the NDI scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison between the groups,the observation group was lower than the control group,The difference was statistically significant(t=-3.222,P=0.002,P<0.05).(3)Pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS): After the two courses of treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison between the groups,the observation group was lower than the control group,The difference is statistically significant(t=-3.965,P=0.000,P<0.05).Conclusion: After the treatment,the NDI and VAS scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before the treatment;comparison between the groups,the NDI and VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the clinical efficacy was better than that of the control group,indicating the combination of Zhuang medicine meridians and tendons The holistic chiropractic therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cervical spondylosis,and is superior to Zhuang medicine meridian manipulation combined with conventional reduction therapy.
