| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Neibu Huangqi Decoction on patients with lung cancer-related fatigue of Qi and blood deficiency type,to explore the mechanism of this prescription,and to accumulate clinical data for the treatment of lung cancer-related fatigue with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into experimental group(Neibu Huangqi decoction combined with non drug intervention group)and control group(non drug intervention group),40 cases in each group.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the TCM symptoms,cancer fatigue scale,T lymphocyte subsets,Karnofsky score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the safety indexes were observed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the prescription.Result: The TCM syndrome score of the observation group decreased more than that of the control group,and the effect in improving TCM syndrome of the patients was significant,and it was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The CFS score of the observation group decreased significantly,and the fatigue improvement effect was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the T lymphocyte subsets,the CD3 cells,CD4 cells and CD4/CD8 in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the effect was significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of cases with KPS score improvement in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that the improvement of daily living conditions in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group.No abnormal safety index was found in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion: Neibu Huangqi decoction has obvious curative effect in improving TCM syndrome,relieving fatigue,enhancing immunity and improving the quality of daily life of patients without adverse reactions. |
