Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Treating Yang Poison And Water-heat Mutual Lupus Nephritis From Heat Transformation Syndrome Of Shaoyin

Objective: By applying umbellate pore fungus tonifying the kidney and detoxify decoction to observe the influence of TCM syndrome score and laboratory index on Yang poison and Water-heat Mutual Lupus Nephritis patients,the clinical effect of treating the lupus nephritis is analyzed from heat transformation syndrome of Shaoyin,and new ideas are explored for clinical treatment plan.Methods: A total of 62 cases of Yang poison and Water-heat Mutual LN meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups with 31 patients in each group.The control group was treated with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets,prednisone acetate tablets,leflunomide tablets,benazepril hydrochloride tablets and vitamin D calcium chewable tablets.Treatment group in the control group on the basis of treatment at the same time given umbellate pore fungus tonifying the kidney and detoxify decoction treatment.Four weeks was a course of treatment.TCM syndrome scores and laboratory physical and chemical indexes of the two groups before and after three courses of treatment were analyzed and compared.Results: Two cases were shed and 60 cases were included.30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group were observed.1.Symptoms: The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Among them,after treatment,the two groups of patients with facial erythema,edema,fatigue,hand and foot heat,dry mouth,irritability,insomnia,joint swelling,joint pain and other syndromic signs,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the treatment group was better than the control group;After treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in hand erythema,fever,mouth sores and other syndromes between 2 groups(P>0.05).2.Therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes: The treatment group total effectiveness 86.67%,control group total effective rate 50%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).3.Disease Activity: After treatment,the SLEDAI is no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Laboratory Indicators: There were statistically significant differences in 24 h UPQ,ALB,UA,ESR and complement C4 between the two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.However,there were no statistical differences in UREA,SCR,anti-ds DNA antibody quantity and complement C3(P>0.05).5.Clinical Efficacy of Western Medicine: The treatment group total effectiveness 93.33%,control group total effective rate 73.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).6.Safety Evaluation: There were 2 cases of adverse reactions in the treatment group,and the adverse reaction rate was 6.67%.Control group in9 cases of adverse reactions and incidence of adverse reactions was 30%.Chi square test showed that the treatment group was inferior to the control group.(P<0.05).All symptoms disappeared after treatment and the trial was completed.Conclusion: Umbellate pore fungus tonifying the kidney and detoxify decoction with pure western medicine treatment of lupus nephritis patients can improve the patient’s clinical symptoms,especially in the facial erythema,edema,fatigue,hand,foot and heart is hot,dry mouth,be agitated,insomnia,joint swelling,joint pain,etc,can also reduce the patient’s 24 h UPQ、Alb、UA、ESR,complement C4 laboratory indexes such as,improve efficacy,is to adjust the immune function of patients,and can also relieve the side effects of western medicine bring,improve the quality of life of patients,have important research significance.
