The Clinical Observation Of Dual-wavelength Dye Laser Combined With Qingrequhong Decotion To Rosacea

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of dual-wavelength dye laser combined with Qingrequhong Decotion to treat rosacea.Methods: Using randomized group control trial,62 patients with rosacea who were in erythema stage,papules pustules stage and were showed for pulmonary and stomach fever were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with dual-wavelength dye laser technology in the same way as the Qingrequhong Decotion and the external fissid acid cream(31 cases),and the control group was treated with the combined external fissid acid cream(31 cases).There is 1 course of treatment around and 3 sessions are observed.Measured the area of rash,number of rashes and color changes in the treatment group and control group at the time of initial diagnosis and at the end of treatment,compared the total score,efficacy index and recorded adverse reactions before and after treatment.Results:(1)The symptom score of the two groups of patients after treatment was significantly lower than that of the pre-treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both treatment options had certain clinical effects on the treatment of rosacea.(2)Comparing the total points of treatment between the first course of treatment,the second course of treatment and the third course of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After 3 courses of treatment,the total efficiency and increase rate of the treatment group were 96.77 percent and 87.09 percent,respectively,while the total efficiency and increase rate of the control group were70.97% and 54.84% respectively.Processed by statistical analysis,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Dual-wavelength dye laser combined with Qingrequhong Decotion has a prominent clinical effect on rosacea.It has the characteristics of small side effects and high patient compliance.It is significative to further improve the basic experiments and RCT studies,so as to better popularize and apply them in clinical practice.
