| Objective:The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chemotherapy-related digestive tract reactions in advanced gastric malignant tumors,so as to provide clinical evidence-based basis for clinical application.Methods:In this clinical observation,a total of 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The observation group was treated with western medicine combined with acupuncture and acupoint application,while the control group was treated with western medicine alone.To observe the degree of gastrointestinal reaction,the changes of physical strength and the changes of TCM symptoms and signs in the two groups during chemotherapy,and to comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chemotherapy-related digestive tract reactions in advanced gastric malignant tumors.Results:The main results are as follows: 1.The results showed that grade 1 was the main adverse reaction level of nausea,abdominal distension and constipation in the observation group,while grade 2 was the most in the control group.The number of patients with grade 1 reaction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and there was no grade 2 diarrhea in the observation group,and the number of patients without diarrhea in the observation group was higher than that in the control group during the whole observation period.In the level of vomiting reaction,there was no vomiting in the observation group during the observation period,while grade 1 and 2 vomiting appeared in the control group,with significant difference;in the prevention and treatment of delayed vomiting,the incidence of delayed vomiting in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(20%),suggesting that acupuncture combined with acupoint application can effectively control the occurrence of delayed vomiting.There were significant differences in the above-mentioned comparisons(P <0.05).It is suggested that acupuncture combined with acupoint application therapy is effective in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-related digestive tract reactions,which can effectively reduce the level of adverse reactions and has a significant effect on the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-related vomiting.2.Comparison of physical strength: there was no significant difference in ECOG score between the two groups before chemotherapy(P > 0.05).After chemotherapy,the ECOG score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).It is suggested that acupuncture combined with acupoint application can effectively improve the physical strength and quality of life of patients.3.Compared with the control group,the results showed that the TCM symptom scores of nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension,diarrhea and constipation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).It is suggested that acupuncture combined with acupoint application intervention can effectively reduce the symptoms and signs of nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension,constipation and diarrhea and improve the quality of life of patients.Conclusion:In the treatment of chemotherapy-related gastrointestinal reactions,compared with western medicine alone,acupuncture combined with acupoint application can effectively reduce the incidence of chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension,constipation and diarrhea.Among them,the prevention and treatment of vomiting is the best,which can not only reduce the grade,but also control the occurrence of delayed vomiting,on the other hand,it can improve the physical status,symptoms and signs of patients.Improve the quality of life of patients,at the same time,its safety is high,there are no related adverse reactions in this clinical observation,simple operation,low price,it is worthy of further promotion and application. |
