Analysis Of Predominant Indications And Compatibility Laws Of Six Yin Meridians Ying-spring Points

Objective:To summarize the attending diseases and application principles of Ying-spring Point and the clinical experience of the tutor by consulting related literature.Methods:Before 1949,the Chinese Medical Code(Fifth Edition)and the Compilation of Modern Chinese Medicine Journals were searched.Afterwards CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP,Chinese Biology,Pub Med and Web of Science,Screen documents and establish SQL Server database,use Gephi and SPSS to analyze association rules,collect the clinical medical records of the tutor.Results:A total of 2353 ancient documents and 742 modern periodicals met the requirements.(1)Before 1949,there were 15 types and 16 types of dominant disease syndromes with Yuji(LU10)single acupoints and compatibility,8 sets of association rules,cluster analysis resulted in 5 categories.There were 22 types and 25 types for Xingjian(LR2),8 sets of association rules,cluster analysis resulted in 7 categories.There were 26 types and 28 types for Rangu(K12),5 sets of association rules,cluster analysis resulted in 7 categories.There were 24 types and 11 types for Laogong(PC8),5 sets of association rules,cluster analysis resulted in 5 categories.There were 14 types and 10 types for Dadu(SP2),5 sets of association rules,cluster analysis resulted in 4 categories.There were 15 types and 8 types for Shaofu(HT8),5 sets of association rules,cluster analysis resulted in 2 categories.(2)Afterwards,there are 9 types and 13 types of dominant disease syndromes with Yuji(LU10)single acupoints and compatibility,9 sets of association rules,cluster analysis resulted in 3 categories.There were 5 types and 18 types for Xingjian(LR2),9 sets of association rules,cluster analysis resulted in 4 categories.There were 2 types and 12 types for Rangu(K12),6 sets of association rules,cluster analysis resulted in 3 categories.There were 5 types and 24 types for Laogong(PC8),9 sets of association rules,cluster analysis resulted in 4 categories.There were 6 types for Dadu(SP2),5 sets of association rules,cluster analysis resulted in 2 categories.There were 2 types and 12 types for Shaofu(HT8),5 sets of association rules,cluster analysis resulted in 4 categories.Conclusion:In terms of the indications,Yuji acupoint was mainly used for the treatment of the internal meridian disease,external meridian disease and viscera disease,involving Chinese medicine,internal medicine,surgery,etc.In terms of major combined acupoints,it embodies the methods of matching acupoints of the internal meridian and external meridian,xing-well acupoint and shu-stream acupoint,xing-well acupoint and yuan-source acupoint,the upper and lower acupoints,and syndrome differentiation,usually in combination with specific acupoints like five transports acupoints,yuan-source acupoint and back-shu acupoints.The instructor has formed a unique treatment system in the treatment of bronchial asthma,insomnia,infertility and other medical and gynecological diseases by using Liu-yin meridians Ying-spring Points,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
