Summary Of The Application Rules Of The Sixyin Meridians "He-sea" Points And The Application Experience Of Tutors After The Founding Of New China

Objective:To summarize the attending diseases,application principles and characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion of He-sea Point and the clinical experience of the tutor by consulting related literature.Methods:The relevant literatures from 1949-10-01 to 2022-6-30 were collected by computer retrieval at CNKI,WF,VIP,SinoMed,Web of Science,PubMed,etc.The SQL Server database was established.Then,the complex network analysis was conducted by using Gephi software.With the aid of "data mining software V1.0 version of Wushu point indications and compatibility(2022SR0024001)",composite association and clustering analysis were completed.And collecting the clinical medical records of the tutor.Results:A total of 1320 modern periodicals met the requirements.There were 7 types and 14 types of dominant disease syndromes with Chize(LU5)single acupoints and compatibility,the correlation rule results in three groups of high-frequency collocation points and two groups of medium-frequency collocation points,cluster analysis yielded 3 classes of valid cluster groups and 5 sets of cluster prescriptions.There were 1 types and 4 types for Shaohai(HT3),the correlation rule results in three groups of high-frequency collocation points and one groups of medium-frequency collocation points,cluster analysis yielded 3 classes of valid cluster groups and 3 sets of cluster prescriptions.There were 2 types and 4 types for Quze(PC3),the correlation rule results in two groups of highfrequency collocation points and two groups of medium-frequency collocation points,cluster analysis yielded 2 classes of valid cluster groups and 4 sets of cluster prescriptions.There were 2 types and 19 types for Yinlingquan(SP9),the correlation rule results in two groups of high-frequency collocation points,cluster analysis yielded 3 classes of valid cluster groups and 6 sets of cluster prescriptions.There were 1 types and 10 types for Yingu(KI10),the correlation rule results in two groups of high-frequency collocation points and one groups of medium-frequency collocation points,cluster analysis yielded 2 classes of valid cluster groups and 4 sets of cluster prescriptions.There were 3 types and 3 types for Ququan(LR8),the correlation rule results in three groups of high-frequency collocation points and five groups of medium-frequency collocation points,cluster analysis yielded 4 classes of valid cluster groups and 4 sets of cluster prescriptions.Conclusion:In terms of the indications,He-sea Points was mainly used for internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,etc.In terms of major combined acupoints,it embodies the methods of matching acupoints of the original meridian,the internal meridian and external meridian,junction meridian with acupoints,the upper and lower acupoints.Usually in combination with specific acupoints like the five-shu acupoints,the crossing acupoints,the lower confluent acupoint,the yuan-primary acupoint,etc.In terms of acupuncture techniques,filiform needling is the main method.The instructor has formed a unique treatment system in the treatment of bronchial asthma,insomnia,urinary retention and other medical and surgical diseases by using Liu-yin meridians He-sea Points,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
