Observation On Curative Effect Of Quyu Shengxin Acupuncture Treatment On Blood Stasis Constitution Of Postherpetic Neuralgia

Objective:This topic starts from the relationship between blood stasis constitution and postherpetic neuralgia,provide safe and effective new ideas and new methods for clinical treatment of this disease by observing the efficacy of quyu shengxin acupuncture in the treatment of blood stasis constitution of postherpetic neuralgia.Method:In this project,64 patients with blood stasis constitution of postherpetic neuralgia were collected according to the inclusion criteria,they were divided into treatment group A(32 cases)and control group B(32 cases)by using random number table method.By means of each group of treatment of three procedures,which include control group acupuncture at Ashi and Jiaji points,in the treatment group,on the basis of the control group,the acupoints Xuehai,Geshu and Zusanli on both sides were added,through the collection,sorting and statistics of the two groups before and after treatment in the constitution of TCM classification and decision table of blood stasis constitution transformation points,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale(PSQI)score,combined with the evaluation criteria of the curative effect of postherpetic neuralgia,statistical analysis was conducted to explore the curative effect of quyu shengxin acupuncture in the treatment of blood stasis constitution of postherpetic neuralgia.Results:1.Visual analogue score and Pittsburgh sleep quality score were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of treatment group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the Pittsburgh sleep quality scores in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the score of blood stasis conversion in both groups decreased compared with before treatment,and the score in treatment group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:Quyu shengxin acupuncture method can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with postherpetic neuralgia with blood stasis constitution,and improve the accompanying symptoms of blood stasis constitution by improving the blood stasis constitution,and improve the quality of life of patients.Compared with ordinary acupuncture method,the method of quyu shengxin acupuncture has a more significant and comprehensive effect,which provides a new idea and new method for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.
