Research On Credit Risk Of Medical Care Service Projects Baesd On PPP Model

With the development of the country’s economy,the issue of aging has attracted the attention of the public.The medical care service project has played an important role in alleviating the problem of old age and improving the elderly’s happiness in old age.Based on the PPP model,the introduction of social capital not only solves the government’s financial difficulties,but also provides new investment ideas for the social capital side.It has become the most popular development model for medical care services.Due to the specific nature of PPP projects,generally there are many main participants,long durations,and large demand for funds."Government defaults" and "social capital withdrawals" occur frequently.Although China has introduced relevant credit systems and solutions,However,there is no systematic analysis of the credit risk of medical care service projects under the PPP model.Therefore,it is necessary to study the credit risk management of PPP medical care projects.This article takes the PPP model medical care service project as the research object,and through a large amount of literature research,using the theory to practice the method,first from the basic overview,the development environment and the development status of the three aspects of the elaboration,the full analysis of its credit status.From the perspectives of the three major players:the government,the social capital side,and the elderly residents,the causes,main content,and evaluation indicators of credit risk are analyzed.Secondly,the Changzhi City Nursing Home Medical Care Service Project,as a classic case of successful local implementation,has a high credit rating and provides a good explanation of the credit risk described above.Finally,the caseevaluation of the credit evaluation index is used to provide an index reference for the construction of a credit evaluation index system,and the idea of constructing a credit evaluation index system is provided.
