Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes With Yin Deficiency Constitution By Ziyin Yiqi Decoction

Objective:In this study,Ziyin Yiqi Formula was used to treat type 2 diabetes patients with Yin deficiency constitution,and the therapeutic effect of Ziyin Yiqi Formula was evaluated through the analysis of blood glucose,Hb A1 c,TCM syndrome score,diabetes quality of life specific scale and other aspects of included cases.Method: Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes who meet the yin deficiency constitution were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Both groups were given the same basic treatment(including dietary guidance,exercise,psychological counseling,etc.)and oral treatment with western medicine On this basis,the experimental group was given a prescription for nourishing yin and qi,one dose per day.After 8 weeks of treatment,the two groups of patients were evaluated for clinical efficacy,including TCM syndrome scores,blood glucose-related indicators,and diabetes quality of life scores,and comprehensively analyzed and compared the differences in efficacy between the two groups.Results: After clinical observation and statistical analysis,it was concluded that before treatment,the basic data of the test group and the control group were not statistically different and comparable;after the treatment,the two groups were both in blood glucose,TCM syndrome scores,and quality of life scores.Effective,and the test group is better than the control group.During the study period,there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion: This study shows that Ziyin Yiqi Decoction is effective in treating type 2 diabetes with yin deficiency constitution.Compared with Western medicine treatment,it can not only lower blood sugar and relieve clinical symptoms of patients,but also reduce pain and improve the quality of life of patients.It shows that the prescription of nourishing yin and replenishing qi is effective and can provide ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes.
