Clinical Observation Of Golden Snake Relieving Itch Decoction In The Treatment Of Acute And Subacute Perianal Eczema Induced By Dampness And Heat Injection

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of golden snake relieving itch decoction on acute and subacute perianal eczema induced by dampness-heat injection.Methods:Sixty-four patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group(n = 32)and control group(n = 32).Observation group was treated with external washing of golden snake relieving itch decoction,about 10 minutes each time,and washed once a day.Control group was given external application of pareisone cream,with an appropriate amount of cream applied to the affected area each time,use it in the morning and in the evening.1 week for a period of treatment,a total of two period of treatment,and detailed records were compared in two groups of patients before treatment,1 week and 2 weeks after the treatment,skin itching condition(pimples,erosion,seepage),skin symptoms score and total score,and two groups of patients at the end of the two treatment clinical curative effect of comparison,after 3 months for two groups of patients with follow-up,Recurrence rates of patients in both groups were recorded.SPSS23.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:After 1 week of treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in itching,skin lesion,skin lesion range score and total symptom score(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group in terms of pruritus,skin lesions,skin lesion range and total symptom score(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was followed up 3 months later,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in both groups.Conclusion:Golden snake relieving itch decoction for the treatment of damp-heat injection type acute and subacute perianal eczema,can effectively relieve the symptoms of pruritus,improve the skin lesions of patients,and narrow the range of skin lesions.Compared with parisone,it has better clinical efficacy after 2 weeks of treatment,lower recurrence rate within3 months,and significant long-term efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
