ObjectiveStudy the relationship between liver cancer tongue coating changes and oral flora, explore the relationship between oral bacteria and human immunity,so as to explore the value of tongue coating bacteria in clinical work, and provide new treatment ideas for the treatment of liver cancer.MethodsBased on the hospital’s case-control research model, with liver cancer patients as the research object and healthy physical examination subjects as the control, the relationship between changes in the tongue coating and oral flora of liver cancer patients was explored.Using laboratory culture and identification of bacteria, coupled with 16s rRNA gene sequencing, the composition and structure of the flora of tongue coatings of different syndrome types were determined, and the dominant flora of liver cancer yellow fur and white fur was analyzed.Results1.According to experimental culture and bacterial identification, the dominant flora of yellow greasy moss for liver cancer is Actinomyces neredii and Streptococcus mellitus. The dominant flora of liver cancer white fur is Neisseria dry and Haemophilus parainfluenzae. The dominant flora on the normal thin white fur is Rose glutinosa and Streptococcus salivarius.2.The dominant flora of liver cancer has been analyzed by 16rRNA genes, and the following conclusions are drawn:Through this study,it is found that in the white fur group(group W)of liver cancer, the structure of the flora is more complex, including Actinobacteria and Streptococcus The proportions of Streptococcus and Bacteroides are higher than those of the other two groups. In the yellow moss group(group Y)of liver cancer, the structure of the flora is the most different, and the structure is more complex than the other two groups, including Firmicutes,Fusobacteria, and Neisseria,Spirochaetae and Prevotella are higher than the other two groups. In the normal tongue coating group(N group),the difference in bacterial community structure is the smallest, and the structure is more stable than the other two groups.Synergistetes and Acidaminococcus accounted for higher proportions than the other two groups.ConclusionThe tongue coating of liver cancer is closely related to the imbalance of oral flora, and the structure of the tongue coating of liver cancer is different and specific in yellow coating and white coating. The representative dominant flora of liver cancer yellow moss is Fusobacteria and Neisseria. The representative dominant flora of liver cancer white fur is Actinobacteriaand Streptococcus.
