| ObjectiveTo observe and compare the effects of ultra-micro needle knife and ordinary acupuncture on spasticity and motor function of patients with upper limb spastic paralysis after stroke, including total effective rate, modified Ashworth scale(MAS),Fugl-Meyer Assessment Upper Extremity(FMA-UE)and the safety. It hopes to provide more reference for the needle knife treatment of this disease and promote the clinical use of ultra-micro needle knife therapy.MethodsIn this study,60 patients with spastic paralysis of the upper limbs after stroke were collected in the Second TCM Hospital of Guangdong Province. The patients were divided into treatment group and control group by the random number method. The basic treatment included basic drugs and rehabilitation training. The treatment group included the basic treatment and Ultra-micro needle knife therapy which was treated once a week for a total of 2 weeks. The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture and basic treatment.Ordinary acupuncture treated once a day.6 times a week, with an interval of 1 day,for a total of 2 weeks. All patients were evaluated with the modified Ashworth scale,Fugl-Meyer Assessment Upper Extremity(FMA-UE)before and after treatment,as well as curative effect evaluation. The results were statistically processed with SPSS 26.0 and analyzed and evaluated.ResultsThere were 30 cases in the treatment group and the control group who completed the treatment.Comparison of the baseline:There were no significant differences in age, gender, course of the disease, type of the disease,FMA-UE score, and modified Ashworth scale between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05),and they were comparable.Comparison of the modified Ashworth scale:After treatment, the MAS classification of no patient in the two groups was worse than before, and most of the patients became better. The MAS classification difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Comparison of the FMA-UE scores:After treatment, the FMA-UE scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the difference within the group was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, compared the treatment group with the control group, there is an advantage of the treatment group in the FMA-UE score increase, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).Comparison of the efficacy:The total effective rate of the two groups was 80%in the treatment group and 70%in the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of safety:There were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups.ConclusionUltra-micro needle knife combined with the basic therapy and ordinary acupuncture combined with basic therapy both can effectively relieve spastic paralysis of the upper limbs after stroke and improve motor function.Ultra-micro needle knife therapy is better than ordinary acupuncture and the treatment frequency is lower.Ultra-micro needle knife therapy is a therapy with definite curative effect, strong operability and safety, and it is worthy of promotion. |
