Objective:Clinical Observation on the Effect of Warming needle moxibustion treatment for Patients of Lower limb spastic Paralysis after a Stroke.Methods:60Patients met the inclusive criteria were randomly divided into two groups, which including30cases treated with warming needle moxibustion as treatment group and30cases treated with only acupuncture as control group. The treatment group choose Biguan, Xuehai,Yanglingquan,Xuanzhong as the main Points, Coordination of Points are Huantiao,Weizhong,Zusanli,Fenglong, add or reduce Points according to Patients’condition. And then gave the main Points warming needle moxibustion. The control group choose commonly used Points. Needle for30minutes, to analogue for once ten minutes, once a day,5days a week, treatment for four weeks. Two groups were used base treatment. Observed FMA, Brunnstrom degree for motor Performance, Ashworth Spasticity Seal, CSI index before and after four weeks.Results:All measurements were significantly different before and after the treatment (P<0.05).After treatment, the treatment group was superior to the control group in the Ashworth rating scale, Fugl-Meyer, Brunnstrom degree for motor Performance and CSI index. There was a significant difference in the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion:Warming needle moxibustion treatment for Patients of Spastic Paralysis in the leg after a Stroke has clinical efficacy. Treatment group has an advantage to the control group in the way of reducing CSI and MAS, Improvement of motor function of lower limbs.
