Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Treatment Of Heated Needle On Post-Stroke Yang-Deficiency Constipation

ObjectiveWith the increase in morbidity and disability,constipation after stroke has received more and more attention.There is no uniform diagnosis and treatment standard for post-stroke constipation at home and abroad.Although western medicine combined with simple drug treatment and enema treatment can alleviate the related symptoms,there are many adverse reactions,and the maintenance time is not long,and it is easy to cause dependence.Biofeedback and stroke rehabilitation also have the limitations of long treatment time and high cost.TCM treatment methods also include TCM preparations,acupuncture,cupping,massage,moxibustion and other comprehensive TCM treatments.In particular,acupuncture and moxibustion are the main treatment method,which has achieved obvious curative effect,but the clinical symptoms and acupoints are different.Due to differences in efficacy evaluation,it is difficult to determine the comparability of efficacy.In this study,patients with yang-deficiency constipation were used as the research object to observe the clinical efficacy of fire-needle acupuncture in treating yang-deficiency constipation after stroke.The effectiveness and safety of the method are confirmed by comparing the evaluation table of constipation symptoms before and after treatment,the evaluation of constipation symptoms in Chinese medicine,the constipation quality of life score,and the Hamilton anxiety scale score to provide an effective method.Optimized program and reliable test data to treat diseases,so as to better promote and apply in the clinic.Methods:1.The patients who met the diagnosis and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into an experimental group(heated needle group)and a control group(filiform acupuncture group),with 30 cases in each group.2.The heated needle group was used to intestine three-needle points with fire needle;the filiform acupuncture group was treated with the filiform acupuncture in intestine three-needle.3.Assess the influence of TCM syndromes on the quality of life of patients with constipation,HAMA anxiety and depression scale,scores before and after treatment.4.Use Spss22.0 software to analyze the data and compare the changes before and after treatment between the two groups.Result:1.Improvement of constipation symptoms Compared with before treatment,the evaluation of constipation symptoms after treatment decreased(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of heated needle group was greater than that of filiform acupuncture group(P<0.05).2.Improvement of TCM syndromes.Compared with before treatment,the symptoms of Yang-deficiency syndrome in the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).3.Regarding the level of quality of life.The scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the heated needle group was better than the filiform acupuncture group(P<0.05).4.In terms of psychological improvement,the HAMA scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the degree of improvement in the heated needle group was better than that of the filiform acupuncture group(P<0.05).5.Will not fall off during treatment.In the heated needle group,4 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 13.33%;24 cases were effective,accounting for 80.00%.2 cases were invalid,accounting for 6.67%.The total effective rate is 93.33%.In the filiform acupuncture group,0 cases were markedly effective and 22 cases were markedly effective.The total effective rate is 73.33%.There is a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),but there is no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionHeated needle combined with intestine three-needle acupuncture and filiform acupuncture with intestine three-needle acupuncture can improve the symptoms of yang deficiency and constipation after stroke,relieve anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life.In terms of psychological state,both are better than filiform acupuncture with three-intestine needle.
