Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Separation Moxibustion On Elderly Pregnant Women With Kidney Deficiency Type

Objectives:This study through compound capsule joint left to every thing a bit of kidney deficiency type-for a pregnant woman pregnant intervention,evaluation of TCM every thing a bit of kidney deficiency type-for pregnant women serum hormone levels,ovary and interstitial blood flow volume,sinus follicular number,endometrium thickness and the influence of artery blood flow,clinical symptoms and its safety,so as to improve the elderly for pregnant women ovarian function,and the receptivity of endometrium,kidney deficiency symptoms,and for the successful pregnancy and good pregnancy outcome provided ideas and reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:A prospective randomized controlled,single blind trial was conducted.Sixty-four elderly pregnant women with kidney deficiency were selected from June 2020 to November 2020 in Gynecology of Guangdong NO.2 TCM Hospital.There were 32 cases in the observation group and 32 cases in the control group.Based on observation group in the control group with oral Chinese traditional medicine(compound return capsule on the left)with every thing jiu(CV 8 point)intervention,compared two groups before and after the intervention of serum hormone level,bilateral ovaries and interstitial blood flow volume,sinus follicle skill number,follicle maturation of endometrial thickness and arteries blood flow index,Chinese medicine symptom integral.The evaluation indexes before and after the intervention were statistically analyzed,and the efficacy and safety of the intervention were comprehensively evaluated through outpatient and telephone follow-up of pregnancy outcomes.Results:1.Comparison of pregnancy:After intervention,12 subjects in the observation group were pregnant,with a total pregnancy rate of 37.5%,while 5 subjects in the control group were pregnant,with a total pregnancy rate of 15.6%.After intervention,the pregnancy rate of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).2.Comparison of ovarian reserve function:Serum basal FSH and LH levels in the observation group were lower than before intervention(P<0.05),and E2 levels were higher than before intervention(P<0.05);Serum basal FSH,LH and E2 of control group had no significant difference before and after intervention or between groups(P>0.05).In the observation group,the ovarian blood flow indexes Vmax,PI and RI were significantly improved after intervention(P<0.05),and the number of AFC was increased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the subject volume between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).3.Comparison of endometrial thickness and endometrial arterial blood flow:the endometrial thickness of the observation group was significantly different before and after intervention(P<0.05),and was significantly better than that of the control group.After intervention,the improvement of PI and RI in endometrial blood flow in the observation group was significant(P<0.05),and was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in endometrial thickness and endometrial blood flow indexes in control group before and after intervention(P<0.05).4.Comparison of TCM symptom scores:The symptom scores of the observation group were 21.69±3.07 before intervention and 14.01 ± 1.72 after intervention,the difference was significant(P<0.05),which was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01);The TCM symptom score in the control group was 21.81±2.93 before intervention and 18.97±2.81 after intervention,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the elderly pregnant women pre-pregnancy intervention,Chinese medicine combined with septum moxibustion umbilical method can not only effectively improve the patient’s serum hormone level,increase the number of sinus follicles,improve the ovarian interstitial blood flow,from multiple angles,multiple ways to regulate the elderly pregnant women reproductive endocrine situation;In addition,it can effectively increase endometrial thickness and improve endometrial arterial blood flow during follicular maturation,and improve endometrial receptivity.At the same time,it can effectively reduce the TCM symptom score,improve the clinical symptoms of elderly pregnant women with kidney deficiency,and finally improve the clinical pregnancy rate.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the subjects during the intervention period,which is worthy of further clinical application and research.
