Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Spleen Kidney Deficiency Syndrome And The Research Of Circulating Tumor Cells

Purpose: This topic mainly studies the spleen kidney soup CTCS in patients with advanced Spleen and kidney deficiency type advanced non-small cell lung cancer and patients with symptomatic improvement, the influence of the objective evaluation of the clinical curative effect, provide the basis for individualized treatment.Selection methods: All cases were derived from March 2014 to February 2015, the first hospital affiliated to suzhou university and oncology by cytology or pathology diagnosed patients with advanced NSCLC(stage IIIb and IV)(including not surgery and postoperative recurrence or metastasis), and in accordance with TCM syndrome differentiation of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome in patients with 60 cases. By random number table,with the proportion of: randomly divided into Chinese medicine, western medicine group, combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group,respectively give the spleen and kidney orally, NP chemotherapy,spleen and kidney orally combined NP chemotherapy,groups are in the treatment of before and after treatment of 21±3, extracting 7.5ml peripheral blood using Cellsearch system line CTC detection,and observe three groups after treatment in the near future curative effect and TCM symptoms curative effect,cartesian(KPS)score,immune function and the occurrence of adverse reaction.Results: 1. The Chinese medicine group(oral spleen and kidney soup) in 1 patients medication compliance is poor,quit the treatment, as invalid.2. Condition of three groups of patients in the efficient and stability factor combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group is superior to western medicine and Chinese medicine group,and there are significant differences(P <0.05); The western medicine group is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group,there is significant difference(P<0.05).3. Chinese traditional medicine, western medicine group, the group of three groups of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine before the CTC comparable(P>0.05). Each group before and after treatment the CTC has significant difference(P<0.05); Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group after treatment in the Chinese traditional medicine group after the CTC has significant difference(P<0.01); Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group after treatment compared with western medicine group after treatment CTCS have significant difference(P<0.05); Western medicine treatment group after treatment in the Chinese traditional medicine group after the CTC has significant difference(P<0.05).4. The TCM symptom efficacy of combined Chinese and western medicine group, KPS score,immune function is higher than western medicine group, and the adverse reaction was lower than those of western medicine group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Spleen and kidney decoction combined NP scheme significantly reduce the number of peripheral blood CTC advanced non-small cell lung cancer, and improves the tumor response rate and profit rate, and significantly improve the patients’ quality of life and enhance the immunity of the patients, reduce the side effects of chemotherapy.
