different time,the safety of the technology for patients and the comfort degree in the treatment process were discussed,so as to further promote the application,So as to analyze and evaluate the traditional Chinese medicine method of thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of dry eye.Methods120 patients with dry eye disease were randomly divided into four parts Including observation groups(3 groups with different thunder fire cure time)and relatively control group(30 healthy persons).The people who want to be cured were rdomly divided into blank control group use artificial tears named group A,observation group:artificial tears+thunder fire moxibustion for 10 minutes named group B,observation group:artificial tears+thunder fire moxibustion for 20 minutes named Group C,observation group:artificial tears+thunder fire moxibustion for 30 minutes named group D,30 cases in each group(60 eyes).Objective To observe the changes of clinical eye symptoms,meibomian gland analysis,but,corneal fluorescence staining,Schirmer I test,and local skin temperature and comfort of dry eye patients treated by thunder fire moxibustion with different TCM nursing techniques.Results1.There were no significant differences in age,gender and subjective symptoms,tear secretion,but and corneal fluorescence staining among the four groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.Observe the differentiation in the master symptoms of the patients in the treatment group and the control treatment group before and after treatment:Compared with before treatment,the dryness of the eyes,foreign body friction,visual fatigue and the whole body of the patients in each group after treatment with different methods There are very significant differences in symptoms(P<0.01);comparing the control treatment group and the observation treatment group before and after treatment,the research group found that the dryness,foreign body sensation and overall symptoms were improved.The observation treatment group was compared with the control The results of the treatment group were better(P<0.05).What’s more interesting is that group C in the observation group is better than the other two groups.3.In the tear secretion test and tear film rupture time,the results of the observation treatment group and the control treatment group were compared:First,in the tear secretion test,the observation treatment group was treated with artificial tears+thunder fire moxibustion.It was significant before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment between the two groups,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05),and in the observation group,group C was significantly better than the other two groups.At the same time,in the comparison of tear film rupture duration,the difference between after treatment and before treatment has clear and important significance(P<0.05).4.Comparison of corneal fluorescence staining score:Compared with before treatment,it shows that the three methods of the observation treatment group and the control treatment group have the same conditions before treatment,indicating that they are comparable.There are significant differences between the four groups after treatment and before treatment,and the effect is better(P<0.05).In the observation group,group C was significantly better than the other two
