Clinical Observation Of Chinese Medicine Application Combined With Recombinant Human Interferon Alpha-2b Spray In The Treatment Of Herpetic Angina In Children

Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine application combined with recombinant human interferon alpha-2b spray in the treatment of herpetic angina in children.Methods:120 children with herpetic pharyngitis,59 males and 61 females,who met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,were aged from 10 months to 7 years.120 children were randomly divided into three groups:interferon group(A1 group),traditional Chinese medicine application group(A2 group),traditional Chinese medicine application+interferon group(A3 group)and ribavirin group(B group).The gender distribution of the four groups was 2=0.601 and P>0.05,the four groups had no statistical difference.There was no statistical difference in gender distribution between the four groups.The four groups had no statistical difference through comparison.The four groups were all treated with regular supportive treatment with the same effect.On the basis of this,the A1 group:the recombinant human interferon alpha-2b spray was given every time for each group of 2=0.601.2 sprays,3 times/D,course of treatment 3-7 days,group A2:the acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine developed by Shouguang women’s and children’s hospital was made by adding and subtracting the prescription of busdi casual powder(more than 36 months,children took 15 g of Evodia rutaecarpa,9 g of huhuanglian,9 g of rhubarb,15 g of dannanxing and a little of borneol and indigo naturalis);less than 36 months,children took 1/3 of the above dosage for processing Every night before bed,apply to the children’s lung Shu,Tian Tu and Yongquan points for 1 times,/d each time for 4 hours.A3 group:the Chinese medicine application group is combined with recombinant human interferon alpha-2b spray 2 times each time,3 times/d,treatment group 3～7d,B group:give Leigh Bhave Lin 10 mg/(kg d),add 5%Glucose Injection 100ml intravenous drip,2 times/d,treatment period.The recovery time of body temperature,disappearance time of oral herpes,total hospitalization time and adverse reactions of each group were compared.Results:according to the data analysis,the total effective rate of group A1 was 66.7%,that of group A2 was 76.7%,that of group A3 was 93.4%,and that of group B was 80.0%.It can be seen that the efficiency of group A3 is the highest,Group A1 and group A2 were significantly longer than group B in the time of herpes regression,the time of temperature return to normal and the total time of hospitalization(P<0.05)After glutathione treatment,it gradually returned to normal.There were no adverse reactions in group A.Conclusion:the application of Chinese medicine combined with interferon alpha-2b sprays in the treatment of herpes angina in children is effective.Compared with traditional intravenous drip of Ribavirin Injection,the therapeutic effect is superior.Local medication improves the compliance of children in clinical practice,reduces the side effects and adverse reactions of systemic medication,and further improves the effect.Therapeutic effect.
