Abstract/Summary:
Traditional Chinese medicine injection is the result of modernization of traditional Chinese medicine and an important means to protect people’s health.In the production process of traditional Chinese medicine,the quality of traditional Chinese medicine can not be guaranteed only by manual operation,so it is an inevitable trend to realize automatic production of traditional Chinese medicine.In this paper,the most important alcoholic precipitation process in the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine preparations is studied to find a more reasonable control algorithm,and the control system is studied to realize the automatic control of the alcoholic precipitation process of traditional Chinese medicine,so that the effective components of traditional Chinese medicine can be precipitated within the prescribed range,so as to meet people’s needs.Firstly,the experimental device for preparation of traditional Chinese medicine preparations was introduced,and each part of the experimental device was introduced in detail,including the principle and working process of extraction process,filtration process,evaporation and concentration process,alcohol precipitation process and purification process,and the main factors affecting each stage of the process were described,which laid a foundation for the realization of the automation of alcohol precipitation of traditional Chinese medicine.Secondly,the simulated annealing algorithm and the ant colony optimization PID algorithm are briefly introduced.Then the basic idea of the improved algorithm and its implementation process and method are described.Finally,the improved algorithm is applied in the model by coding program.By analyzing and comparing the simulation output graphics,the improved algorithm is verified to be comparable to some extent.Some algorithms are better and more effective in performance.Thirdly,an automatic control system of alcohol precipitation in Chinese medicine based on S7-300PLC is established,which connects the terminals of SIMATIC S7-300PLC PLC analog output module to the transducer and peristaltic pump.The terminals of the analog input module are connected with the turbine flowmeter to obtain real-time flow.Then,the transducer is connected with the motor,and the speed of the centrifugal pump motor is controlled by PLC and the transducer,and then the flow of ethanol is controlled.The external control module of peristaltic pump is controlled by PLC,so as to control the amount of alkali liquor and finally realize the automatic control of alcohol precipitation process of traditional Chinese medicine.Finally,the system is debugged.WinCC(Windows Control Center)is used as the server of OPC(Object Linking and Embedding for Process Control)technology,and MATLAB is used as the client of OPC.With the communication between WinCC and MATLAB,the data transmission between MATLAB and PLC is realized by using OPC technology,which achieves the effect of using the improved complex advanced algorithm control system and the improved control system.The algorithm is applied to the alcohol precipitation control system of traditional Chinese medicine.The test proves that not only the automatic control of alcohol deposition in traditional Chinese medicine is realized,but also the control effect is improved.
