Research On Automatic Storage System Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Storage

With the development of modern management of medical institutions and the rapid development of logistics industry,as well as the gradual increase of land resources and human costs,the traditional Chinese medicine storage and logistics system has the problem of low cost and high efficiency.More and more enterprises introduce automation and intelligence into traditional manufacturing and logistics distribution.As an integrated system integrating machinery,electronic control and intelligent software,the automatic Chinese medicine warehousing system has changed the current situation of low efficiency and high cost in traditional Chinese medicine storage and logistics,which is of great practical significance to the comprehensive benefits of Chinese medicine enterprises.First of all,this paper designs the automatic three-dimensional warehouse of traditional Chinese medicine,plans the spatial layout of the warehouse,selects the shelf and stacker,and realizes the automatic storage of the automatic three-dimensional warehouse of traditional Chinese medicine.Secondly,the stacker and the cutting device are designed to meet the needs of the automatic three-dimensional warehouse of traditional Chinese medicine.The three-dimensional model of the stacker is established and the stress analysis is carried out.The stress analysis of the stacker is carried out with ANSYS software and the kinematics analysis is carried out with ADAMS.Finally,aiming at the problem of Chinese medicine identification and sorting,this paper uses two deep learning networks,alexnet and caffenet,to train the deep learning network with ten kinds of Chinese medicine pictures collected.By adjusting the network parameters,a deep learning network with an accuracy of 0.99 is finally obtained.NVIDIA Jetson TX2 development board and PLC are used as the hardware of TCM identification system,and a program is written to apply the trained deep learning network to TCM identification system.
