Clinical Study Of Huazhuo Jiedu Jiangni Decoction In The Treatment Of Non-erosive Reflux Disease With Internal Accumulation Of Zhuodu

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Huazhuo Jiedu Jiangni decoction in the treatment of non-erosive reflux disease with internal accumulation of Zhuodu,and to provide the theoretical basis for clinical treatment of NERD.Methods: The study was a prospective randomized controlled trial.By using random number table method,72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,36 patients in each group.Two groups received the same basic treatment and different drug treatments.The treatment group was treated with Huazhuo Jiedu Jiangni decoction,one dose per day,take it one hour after breakfast and dinner.The control group was treated with Rabeprazole sodium enteric capsules 20 mg,once a day,take it before breakfast with warm water.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Compared the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the total score of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and the total score of GERD-HRQL before and after treatment between the two groups.At the 4th,8th and 12 th week after treatment to follow-up.Compared the recurrence of the two groups,and to evaluate its safety.This study was performed with SPSS 22.0 for statistical analysis,and there was statistically significant difference at P<0.05.Results:1.Comparison of the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms of TCMThe scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms of TCM in the two groups after treatment were lower than that before treatment,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In comparison between the two groups,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of main symptoms of TCM(heartburn,acid regurgitation)and secondary symptoms of TCM(retrosternal discomfort,epigastric pain)(P>0.05),there were statistically significant differences in the scores of secondary symptoms of TCM(chest distress and fullness,belching,food regurgitation,dry and bitter mouth or sticky mouth,sticky stool)(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the total score of symptoms of TCMThe total score of symptoms of TCM in the two groups after treatment were lower than that before treatment,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the total score of symptoms of TCM between the two groups,the treatment group lower than the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the curative effect of TCM syndromeThere was statistically significant difference in the curative effect of TCM syndrome between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.9%,the total effective rate of than the control group was 85.3%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group(93.9%>85.3%).4.Comparison of the total score of GERD-HRQLThe total score of GERD-HRQL in the two groups after treatment were lower than that before treatment,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the total score of GERD-HRQL between the two groups,the treatment group lower than the control group(P<0.05).5.Comparison of the safetyThere was no obvious abnormality in the vital signs and various examination indexes before and after treatment in the two groups.No adverse reactions or adverse events were found.6.Comparison of the recurrentAt the 4th week after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence between the two groups,the treatment group less than the control group(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than the control group(0<6.9%).At the 8th week after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence between the two groups,the treatment group less than the control group(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than the control group(3.2%<17.2%).At the 12 th week after treatment,there was statistically significant difference in the recurrence between the two groups,the treatment group less than the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than the control group(12.9%<34.5%).Conclusions:1.Huazhuo Jiedu Jiangni decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of NERD with internal accumulation of Zhuodu,and improve the quality of life of patients.2.The long-term efficacy and low recurrence rate of Huazhuo Jiedu Jiangni decoction in the treatment of NERD with internal accumulation of Zhuodu.3.Good safety of Huazhuo Jiedu Jiangni decoction in the treatment of NERD with internal accumulation of Zhuodu,and provided a new method for the clinical treatment of NERD.
