Objective:Through standardized clinical observation and research, the clinical efficacy and safety of moxibustion with Heat-sensitive combined with acupoint application, which attach the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, treatment abdominal distension and constipation for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture during the perioperative period were evaluated, and its action mechanism was preliminarily explored. Then enrich the clinical treatment methods for this problem,so as to achieve better guidance in clinical. Methods:A total of 60 patients who were admitted to the affiliated hospital of jiangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine in the department of spinal orthopaedics from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected.A total of 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were selected. They were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)by random number table method. The two groups were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty and received conventional nursing treatment. The control group was given oral administration of moxapride citrate on the basis of perioperative period of routine care.Treatment,5mg(one tablet),three times a day, taken before meals. The treatment is terminated when the stool is removed. The treatment group added heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupoint application on the basis of perioperative period of routine care,on both sides of the patient’s feet Sanli acupoints,Tianshu acupoints,Zhongwa acupoints,Qihai acupoints and their surroundings.Use heat-sensitive moxibustion and moxibustion to find heat-sensitive points, and apply acupoints on the Shenque acupoints. The heat-sensitive moxibustion moxa roll, and the stickers are all derived from department of pharmaceutical preparation in Hospital of Jiang Xi university of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Moxibustion is performed once a day, half an hour at a time, and the sticky notes are changed once a day.The treatment is terminated when the stool is removed.Record the first time of exhaust and the time of first defecation after treatment in both groups.Record clinical symptom score of all admitted patients before treatment、24 hours after treatment and48 hours after treatment treatment.Patients were routinely evaluated for safety, including blood routine, urine routine, liver function, kidney function, and electrocardiogram, and adverse events such as dizziness, palpitations, rash, diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting were recorded.According to the results of the study, after treatment, the groups were compared with each other, and the groups themselves were compared before and after treatment. Finally, the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated.SPSS21.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of data.Enumeration data were represented by the number(n)of cases or percentage(%),X~2test or exact probability method were used, and rank data were analyzed by the ranksum test. The measurement data were expressed as?x±s.If the samples were normally distributed, the bilateral t-test was used;if the samples were non-normally distributed, the non-parametric test was used.Due to the particularity of the clinical operation of moxibustion with heat-sensitive combined with acupoint application, the blind treatment and blind subjects cannot be realized. In this study, the methods of blind evaluator and blind statistician were adopted. In the whole clinical trial, the treatment, evaluator and statistical analysis were separated by three parties.Results:1、From the perspective of first ventilation time and the time of first defecation after treatment in the two groups, there is a statistical difference between the groups, indicating that the group of the heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupoint application, which is an external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, had a fast effect.2、Comparison between the two groups showed that there was no difference in the scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and there was a huge difference in the scores between the two groups 24 hours after treatment and 48 hours after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had a better effect than the control group.3、Before and after treatment in the two groups, there was a significant difference in the scores of the two groups before treatment,24 hours after treatment and 48 hours after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both groups had therapeutic effect.4、From the perspective of efficacy, after 48 hours of treatment, the effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 86.67%and 100%,respectively.There was a huge difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupoint application,an external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, can significantly improve the symptoms of abdominal distension and constipation for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture during the perioperative period, and the clinical efficacy is better than oral moxabili tablets. It is a reliable and safe method with faster effect, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
