Clinical Experience Of Professor Li Li In The Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke And Analysis Of The Use Of Chinese Medicine

Objective: Using data mining technology to statistically analyze the medication situation of clinically collected cases,combined with clinical expertise to refine the law of Professor Li Li’s medication,and further systematically summarize Professor Li Li’s academic thought and clinical experience in the treatment of ischemic stroke through literature analysis,to take advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ischemic stroke,and rich experience in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods:1 Collect relevant documents and consult the relevant academic papers,works,and lecture notes of Professor Li Li on ischemic stroke,systematically explore the relevant literature,in-depth experience research,and visit Professor Li Li and his disciples to summarize Professor Li Li’s academic thoughts,differentiating ideas,and clinical experience in treating ischemic stroke.2 Retrospective case data mining analysis was used to collect and screen Professor Li Li’s clinical cases for the treatment of ischemic stroke in the outpatient department and inpatient department of Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The database was established using epidate3.0,and the relevant data analysis software was used to mine the data.Professor Li Li discusses and analyzes the rules of medication according to the actual situation.Results: Collected and reviewed the relevant academic materials of Professor Li Li,including 3 books,5 related papers and visited 3 disciples and disciples,and summarizes them into "academic thoughts" and " treatment experience".A total of 385 cases were screened to meet the requirements and a total of 385 prescriptions were involved.The specific cases are as follows.1 Basic information of case: The youngest patients in this collection are 31 years old,the largest is 92 years old,and the average age is 65.24 years old.Among them,the number of people in the 61-70 age group is the largest,accounting for 139,accounting for 36.10% of all people.The second is the age group of 71-80,with 105 people,accounting for 27.27% of the total.The cumulative frequency of the two reached 63.37%,which is the age of high incidence of ischemic stroke.There were217 male patients of gender,accounting for 56.36%.There were 168 female patients,accounting for 43.64%.2 Frequency distribution of drugs: Through frequency statistics,a total of 113 Chinese medicines drugs were used in the 385 prescriptions collected this time.A total of 31 medicines with a frequency of more than 20% were used Classification of traditional Chinese medicine efficacy: 13 types drugs are involved in total,which are 18.87% for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,15.03% for Pingganxifeng medicine,13.42% for Xiaoshi medicine,13.24% for tonic deficiency medicine,8.02% for Phlegm cough and asthma medicine,and diuresis Wet medicine is 5.96%,qi regulating medicine is 5.42%,antihypertensive medicine is 5.35%,heat-clearing medicine is 5.22%,rheumatism medicine is 3.38%,hemostatic medicine is 2.43%,sedative medicine is 2.17%,and orifice-opening medicinal is 1.41%.4 Distribution of Chinese medicine properties:(1)Four nature of drugs: warm medicine has 14 flavors and appears 2577 times,flat medicine has 14 flavors and appears 2072 times,cold medicine has 12 flavors and total 1558 times,cool medicine has 2 flavors and appearsl 341 times,and no heat medicine.(2)Five flavors of drugs: 3180 times for sweet medicine,2546 times for spicy medicine,2543 times for bitter medicine,519 times for sour taste,417 times for salty medicine,316 times for light medicine,and 116 times for astringent medicine.(3)meridian distribution of drugs: There is no trifocal meridian distribution in the Twelve Meridians.In order of frequency,they are 3584 times for spleen,3519 times for liver,2151 times for heart,1914 times for stomach,1910 times for lung,1170 times for kidney,440 times for Hawthorn-Forsythia,Medicated leaven;Hawthorn-Medicated leaven,Radish seed.(3)Four-flavor medicine combination: Hawthorn-Forsythia,Medicated leaven,Radish seed;Medicated leaven-Forsythia,Hawthorn,Dried tangerine peel;Hawthorn-Medicated leaven,Radish seed,Dried tangerine peel;Dried tangerine peel-Angelica,Poria,Salvia miltiorrhiza;Dried tangerine peel-Pinellia tuber,Poria,Salvia miltiorrhiza.Conclusion:1 Ischemic stroke is mostly over 60 years of age,and age is one of the important risk factors for this disease.2 There are more male patients than female patients with ischemic stroke.3 The main pathogenesis of ischemic stroke is sputum stasis and stasis.4 The treatment of ischemic stroke is mainly based on eliminating phlegm and resolving stasis and resolving collaterals.According to the patient’s condition,the method of Pinggan Qianyang,nourishing liver and kidney,and nourishing qi and blood should be applied.The compatibility with worms and rattan drugs is enhanced The function of activating blood circulation.5 Professor Li Li pays attention to the spleen,and takes care of the spleen and stomach.The main treatments are blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinal,calm the liver and suppress yang,Digestive medicine,and sputum and spleen invigorating.Distribution of Chinese medicine properties are mainly warm and flat,sweet,Xin and bitter.The drugs are mainly classified as spleen and liver.6 Professor Li Li takes Baohe Pills as a basic prescription combined with a combination of activating blood and removing blood stasis drugs
