Ethical Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Precision Medical Care In China

Precision medicine,as an important topic in the development of modern medical technology,will affect the future medical history of mankind to a certain extent.In the process of accurate medical treatment,the subject(including patients)is no longer only the implementation object of medical treatment,but also the participants in this research process and the sharers of research results.People hope that their individual differences can be paid more attention to in the process of diagnosis and treatment and get more accurate treatment.In addition,difficult and complicated diseases that had previously left the medical profession without a clue are now also expected to find out the root causes of their symptoms by means of precise medical treatment and be relieved or cured.Therefore,precision medicine has gradually been paid attention to in our country.However,the emergence of a new medical technology is bound to lead to new ethical dilemmas.The reflection and analysis of ethical dilemmas will help us to know the deficiencies of the existing ethical norms,thus breaking through the existing limitations and promoting the balanced relationship of mutual restriction and achievement between precise medical treatment and ethical norms.To discuss the reasons behind the dilemma of precision medical treatment from an ethical perspective,we need not only to know its real roots,but also to analyze it in combination with ethical thoughts.Therefore,this article chooses Confucian benevolence as the starting point,and studies the existing disputes from the five angles of "honesty","justice and benefit","loyalty and forgiveness","prudence in independence" and "love for one’s spouse".Based on this,the unique value guiding significance of Confucian benevolence for precise medical treatment is obtained,so as to find a more localized ethical way out suitable for the specific situation of our country.In addition,the development process of precision medicine at home and abroad is not completely synchronized,but there are many disputes.This time we will only discuss ethical dilemmas from the perspective of our own country for two reasons.First,the doctor-patient relationship between our country and European and American countries is not the same,and the medical treatment mode is also different,and the management and operation modes of medical institutions are very different.To some extent,these factors lead to the difference in the appearance of ethical dilemmas of precision medical treatment under China’s national conditions.Secondly,this article attempts to cut into the dilemma and discuss the ethical roots behind it from the perspective of Confucian benevolence.However,Confucianism is mostly inherited from the spirit of the Chinese nation.If we analyze the precision medical treatment in various countries from this perspective,it may be difficult to gain a firm foothold in theory.Therefore,this article will mainly discuss the ethical dilemma in the development of precision medicine in China.Therefore,this article will first introduce the specific ethical dilemma faced by precision medicine in China: the dilemma of trust caused by the data security and use of precision medicine,the dilemma of informed consent caused by the digital divide and the controversy over the scope of notification,and the dilemma of lack of humanistic care caused by the particularity of precision medicine itself.And combine the ethical value of Confucian benevolence with specific ethical dilemmas in order to correctly grasp the enlightenment brought to us by Confucian culture.Finally,combining the principle of no harm and the principle of respect,we can find a realistic way out for the current ethical dilemma of precision medical care in our country.
