Application Research Of Quality Control Circle In Zero Inventory Management Of A Hospital Pharmacy

Zero inventory management mode can avoid the risk of drug storage to the greatest extent,but backward inventory management is easy to cause drug shortage.The management of drug inventory through the quality control circle improves the quality of drug management,reduces the share of drugs in the circulating fund of hospitals,promotes the upgrading and transformation of pharmacy functions into clinical services,and improves the overall market competitiveness of the hospital.This paper USES the ABC to VEN analysis method for scientific classification of object of study,USES the quality control circle management solved the problem of the comprehensive pharmacy drug shortage rate is higher,the VMI mode is adopted in inventory management and fine management mode,the original pharmacy organization structure and the working process is optimized,and according to the drug traffic balance constructed ABC～VEN(ABC analysis～VEN analysis)exclusive model to scientific management,medicine inventory is both the model drug demand forecasting and early warning function with medicine,The comprehensive pharmacy inventory can always be kept within a relatively safe range,and the inventory safety range can be dynamically and flexibly adjusted according to the recent drug consumption.This model provides strong support for the successful implementation of the relative zero inventory management in the hospital pharmacy.At the same time,this paper also discusses the preventive measures for emergencies,summarizes the experience,and thinks that the management and methods of quality control circle are worthy of promotion and application in pharmacy inventory management.
